Thiruvalluvar University is a public state university in the city of Vellore. University has following departments which offer serval courses. If someone misses the internal exams at Thiruvalluvar University , Do not worry if you have a proper and genuine reason for it they will give are test internal.Firstly you should inform the HOD and principle before only.
