According to University of Rajasthan NIRF report 2023, the key highlights of UNIRAJ placements 2022 as compared with 2021 and 2020 are presented below:

The university releases the merit lists for candidates who qualify for the cutoff. As per cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing ranks ranged between 55.2 and 82 Percentile for courses offered at the University of Rajasthan. The University Maharani College cutoff 2024 for the admission to undergraduate courses has been released for Round 2. As per the Rajasthan Universtiy cutoff 2024, the required percentage to get admission in UG courses for General AI category candidates varied between 97.8 and 53.6. Moreover, the required percentages for B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science, B.Sc. in Statistics, B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry, and B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics for General AI students are 97.8, 97.2, 96.4 and 96.4, respectively.

Similarly, for the OBC AI category candidates, the required percentages varied from 55.2 to 96.8.

Rajasthan University accepts the NEET SS entrance exam scores for admission to the DM and MCh courses. For the General AI category students, the last round closing ranks varied between 259 and 3180. The course and specialisation-wise NEET SS last round closing ranks for the General AI category stduents are tabulated below: 

If you belong to the General AI quota, yes you can get a seat at Rajasthan University with a NEET SS cutoff rank of 3000. In 2024, the NEET SS closing ranks varied between 3069 and 3180 for admission to the DM in Neurology course. Candidates can refer to the table below to view the NEET SS round-wise cutoff ranks: 

As per cutoff 2022, MD in General Medicine can be considered as the most popular course because of the most competitive cutoff rank of 144 for the General category All India Quota. Rajasthan University NEET PG cutoff rank for the General All India category students has been released upto Round 2 for affiliated college Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar. The University of Rajasthan accepts Rajasthan NEET PG entrance exam scores, followed by the NEET PG Counselling process for admission to the MD course for the Home State Quota. 

UNIRAJ offers its courses based on its own exam. Rajasthan University released the cutoff list for its affiliated colleges, wherein for admission to the B.Sc. in Chemistry course, the 2025 cutoff percentage was 94 for University Maharani College, University of Rajasthan and 92.2 for University Maharaja College, University of Rajasthan for the students belonging to the General AI quota. 

Rajasthan University released the 2025 merit list for its affiliated colleges for admission to various UG & PG courses. For the General AI category students, the cutoff percentage was 61.6 and 90.4 for admission to B.Sc in Botany at University Maharaja College, University of Rajasthan and University Maharani College, University of Rajasthan, resepectively. So, candidates seeking admission must target higher cutoff percentage to get a seat at UNIRAJ.
