Good infrastructure, facilities, and helpful faculty members.

Placements: I am a 2023 postgraduate passout. At that time around 80-90 percent of my batchmates were placed. The highest package was around 7 LPA-8 LPA but the average package was approximately 3 LPA-4 LPA. Many of us got internship opportunities at that time in various companies. Companies like Chetu, Kreeti Technologies, InfoObject Software, and many more visited our campus.

Infrastructure: We had high-speed internet 24/7 on campus. Classrooms were well maintained, neat and clean, with proper ventilation. We had two libraries that were available 24/7 and had a huge collection of various books. On the campus there were two messes that provided various types of food, including Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western cuisines with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food options. Three canteens offered a variety of food. A 24/7 hospital was also available on the campus.

Faculty: The teachers were highly qualified in terms of their degrees. They helped me a lot with my studies. The quality of teaching was also very good. The curriculum of MCA was relevant to the industry standards. Subjects like ADBMS, ADS, and Software Engineering helped me a lot during my placement interview.

Other: Various types of technical as well as non-technical events were organised very often. Various scholarship schemes were available which were provided according to 10+2 and graduation marks.

Very memorable journey with caring teachers, good infrastructure, and placements.

Placements: Approximately 90 percent of our total students got placement till and after the completion of our batch. Some of us got 4 job offers too. The highest package was 12 LPA, the lowest was 6 LPA, and the average package was 8 LPA. Top multinational companies came for placement like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Cognizant, and many more. 40 percent of our students received internship opportunities in reputed companies like Chetu, Mechlin, Ubuy, DianApps, Deloitte and many more. Mainly Software Developer, Data Engineer, Full Stack Developer, UI/UX designer, and Business Analyst roles were offered in my course.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were excellent like 24/7 water (hot/cold), electricity with backup, full security, personal almirah, desk, and bed every facility is provided. An anti-ragging committee was there. The quality of the food in mess was good and very hygienic. Quality and variety were checked by the students so there was no compromise. UEM had its own hospital. You could also play various sports and games. Special grounds or courts were made for each sport.

Faculty: I can proudly say that our teachers were excellent in their profession. They had very deep knowledge of the subjects which they teach. They taught us beyond the syllabus in a very easy and practical way. Many teachers lived on campus so students can contact them any time they want. The course curriculum was relevant and best suited for making students industry-ready. Exams were moderate in difficulty. Students passed the exam by learning practically everything. Regular attendance was mandatory with good preparation. The pass percentage lay between 85-90 percent of the total student strength.

Other: The main reason to select the course was to give me versatility in my career. I can choose teaching jobs or IT jobs according to my choice and preparation. There should be more practical classes that I wanted and I think they have added them now. Throughout the year various events were organised by the students and clubs. These events helped students to grow in every aspect of their lives. Up to 100 percent scholarship fees were provided by the university. Recently they introduced a scholarship exam to support the students. Various conferences were organised by different departments.

Good university for engineering with technical and research opportunities.

Placements: Around 90-95 percent of students got placed from MCA. The highest package was 8 LPA, the average package was 5.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc. Around 50-60 percent of MCA students got internship opportunity. Top roles offered to MCA students were Software Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst etc.

Infrastructure: The department had good infrastructure with smart classrooms, computer labs, high-speed internet connectivity and a 24/7 open library facility. The quality of hostel facilities was good. It has clean rooms, high-speed internet connectivity, and proper hygienic food. There were vegetarian and non-vegetarian canteens, a chinese canteen, and a cafeteria available on campus. The university had multiple indoor and outdoor games facilities. Students regularly participated in inter-university, national, Khelo India, and state championships.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The students can contact them at any time. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. The semester exams were moderately difficult and the pass percentage was approximately 95 percent.

Other: I chose the MCA course because I wanted to build a career in the IT field. The best thing about the course was research-oriented learning. The university conducted technical fests, cultural fests, hackathons, and many more events regularly. The university had multiple active student chapters and clubs like in the Computer Application department where there were clubs such as the Algo club, HackSec club, and TCDS club.

An Insightful Journey : My Experience at University of Engineering and Management Jaipur.

Placements: My MCA programme offered greater opportunities, with 85% placement, top companies like Xebia, Prodesk, Hashdln and packages ranging from 3 LPA to 8.5 LPA. Around 40% secured internship at Prodesk and Xebia with roles like software developed and data analyst. The course provided a solid mix of academic and practical exposure, preparing us well for our careers.
