Jammu University BTech admission to various courses is based on entrance exam scores, interview rounds, and merit. The accepted entrance exams are JKCET , JEE Main, CUET , and others. Candidates applying through CUET must first visit the official website and register for the CUET exam. Then, appear for the CUET exam. Absolutely an amazing college.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is working hard day by day to uplift the status of placement in the college. As of now, the college has very few placement offers. A number of new companies have contacted the college in the near past with their offers.

Infrastructure: The facilities in the college, both for courses and hostel, are up to mark. All the classrooms are fully equipped with modern technologies like smart boards, Wi-Fi, etc. And the college has a very large library with a large number of books in it.

Faculty: The staff of the college is very helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. They left no stone unturned in making the students the best out of their efforts; a large number of extracurriculars are also held in the college on a weekly or monthly basis.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in it. My experience at the college was amazing.

Placements: About 20%-30% of students were placed from this college. Only Udaan came to hire students. It did not provide any internships.

Infrastructure: There were huge classrooms and a seminar hall of average size. There was also a library with sufficient books related to our subjects. There was a computer lab. There was no canteen.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They had great teaching qualities. The course curriculum was relevant, but it did not make students industry-ready. Semester exams were not that difficult. The pass percentage was about 60%-70%.

Our college has affordable postgraduate courses. I recommend taking admission.

Infrastructure: There are very good facilities available here, like good libraries, outstanding hostels, tremendous laboratories, a canteen is also good, and high-speed internet connection is available all the time. Overall, there is good infrastructure, like sports and games.

Faculty: There are many teachers in every department, especially in Physics and Mathematics, and very helpful teachers with extra-ordinary knowledge. Occasionally there are difficult exams in a semester, but we can handle them easily with the help of our tremendous teachers. I have scored marks of approximately 65% in my first semester and 75% in my second, 78% in my third, and 80% in my fourth, and now the papers of my fifth semester are ongoing. It is a very good college. I am pursuing graduation in the Science stream. Hopefully, my next semesters will be good.

Other: Overall, everything is better on my college campus. There is no problem with anything at all.

Absolutely satisfied with all the facilities available in my college.

Placements: 50 to 60% of students were placed in this course. Companies related to scientific fields visit the college for recruitment. 70%+ of students got internship from this course. Placements are overall good.

Infrastructure: Hostel is available for both boys and girls with 250 rooms. Hostels are equipped with internal facilities, newspapers and well-furnished infrastructure. Wi-Fi and labs are available, the college’s central library at present has a collection of about 40000 books. Classrooms are neat and clean. The college has a subsidized canteen which provides snacks and light refreshments like maggi, etc. Outdoor games are played, a well-maintained court for play kabbadi, volleyball, etc. is available and indoor games such as table tennis, carom and chess.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful well qualified and knowledgeable. Best teaching quality. This course is curriculum relevant and it make students industry ready. The course is very difficult as time goes very fast in the semester exams. 35 is the pass percentage.

Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a scientist. I have gained new things from the course. Ragging is strictly banned in the college. Students get scholarships. Surroundings are neat and clean with a healthy environment.
