Decent college with fun campus life and okay placements.
Placements: Placements are decent. The university shows 100 percent placements, but I have heard from people who are not placed. The university makes them sign the option out form so they can show 100 percent placements. You will get placed if you have decent academics, but the ROI is terrible.
Infrastructure: Pretty great infrastructure, it's equipped with all the modern facilities and is also accessible. The classes are equipped with projectors and sound systems. The washrooms are on every floor and are quite clean. The college has four eating spots, HOD, Domino's, Nescafe, Chai Garam, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members are great except for a few, the course is quite fun. Talking about the exams, they are quite easy, and you can get through them very easily if you pay attention during the lectures. Things have changed a bit. Now you just have to answer in the class quizzes and tests, submit projects on time, and you are good, you just have to appear for the exam. If your class performance is good, you will pass.
Other: I chose it because I needed something simple. The attendance policy could be a bit relaxed because many students are preparing for higher studies. The passing percentage is 75 percent for all the UG courses.

My idea of UPES, its infrastructure, fee structure, surroundings, and college life.
Placements: The placements are good, you do hard work on your end instead of depending only on the college for providing placements. Keeping good relations with your professors will also help you in getting through the placements smoothly. Getting placed is difficult, and you will have to do everything yourself. You should not think that the university will be handing out an internship to you. Most of the recruiting companies also differ in every placement drive, and more startup companies might show up at the placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and services are good. Wi-Fi is available everywhere, there are cafes at different points inside the campus. The surroundings are well maintained, and proper lab services are available. (While your experience might be different from mine, I would suggest you check everything yourself by visiting the campus.) The on-campus hostels are good, but I would suggest you to get a hostel outside the university as the on-campus hostels are very expensive.
Faculty: The curriculum is managed properly with an updated syllabus. The issue only lies with the professors, as a few of them might be quite difficult to bear at times (while almost all of them are helpful and approachable). You should keep your attendance maintained at least 75 percent across all subjects otherwise, you might get debarred from taking the exams and might have to repeat the subject.

Satisfied with the college infrastructure as well as the placements.
Placements: The college promises 100 percent placement. The highest is in the B.Tech course. In B.A. LL.B., the highest package is 24 LPA, the lowest is 5 LPA, and the average package is 9 LPA-10 LPA. Top firms also participate in the placements, such as Trilegal, Cyril Amarchand MangalDas, etc.
Infrastructure: A very beautiful infrastructure in the Doon Valley surrounded by forest and hills, with a view of the Queen of Hills from the hostel. Food quality is average, but the living area is better than most of the hostels. The facilities that the school hostel provides include 24/7 Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Best law faculty in Dehradun. Experienced teachers from various NLUs and top universities and courts. Guest lectures from top advocates and judges. The moot court facility that the college provides gives a real-life exposure to students to court hearings.
Other: Crowd comes from various states with various experiences to share with all the other students.

A great college to pursue your dreams.
Placements: The placements are quite good. The average package is around 6 LPA, and the highest package is around 50 LPA. The college has tie-ups with many good companies like Infosys, Microsoft, etc. The success rate of placements is very high. They also provide future support for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. There are separate buildings for separate courses. The classrooms are huge and can accommodate up to 80 students at once. There is a library, indoor and outdoor sports arenas, auditoriums, and many hangout spots inside the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are soft-spoken and always helpful to students. All faculty members are well-qualified and have graduated from reputed institutions. They are always available to help students clear their doubts and guide them in building projects. Overall, faculty members are very good.
Other: The campus life and academics are great. You will get to experience real college life and make some of the best memories of your life.

Amazing campus life, good placements, and dedicated faculty in a scenic setting.
Placements: I have just come to the 7th semester of learning, and till now, the placement opportunities being offered are really good. The college ensures that no eligible student is left behind for any internship or hiring. In my course, around 80% of students have been placed. Roles offered include Software Development Intern and Junior Game Design Analyst.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well-maintained. They have all the necessary facilities to accessibility and audibility for every student. They have speakers and projectors, which are state-of-the-art. The infrastructure of the college is well-suited, and the architecture is also good, considering the location of the college.
Faculty: Teachers are doing their best and going above and beyond to help students. They are dedicated to teaching, and education is taken seriously here. Semester exams are well-suited for the course and have a moderate difficulty level.
Other: The campus organizes good fests for students to relax, and the campus itself is lively with a lot of greenery. In graphics and gaming, students are taught design skills, modeling, and designing. The campus is a bit far from the city. But it has impressive views of Mussoorie, the hills, and the city.

My Law School journey in UPES.
Placements: Placement opportunities are not available for LL.M. students. At the undergraduate level, there are various opportunities for comparison. Undergraduate students are given more attention in terms of placements. Although when I completed my bachelor’s, there were many more opportunities. Many big companies come for recruitment in UPES, such as JSW, JP Morgan, and other firms.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, which is being upgraded day by day. It has all the basic facilities as well as extra amenities such as AR/VR labs, a large and well-stocked library, and Wi-Fi. Hostels are also clean with good food. Proper medical facilities, like ambulance service and doctors, are available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, knowledgeable, and very helpful to students. The curriculum is relevant to industrial applicability and growing technology. It is updated regularly. It is not very difficult to pass semesters if you are attentive in class.
Other: I have done my BBA LL.B. from the same college, so for my master’s, this college was my first choice, as I already spent five years there. The college hosts multiple fests, whether cultural, course-related, or sports events. The campus life has a good vibe. The campus is located in the mountains, which is a cherry on top for campus life.
