Candidates who qualify for entrance examinations or are shortlisted based on their marks in the qualifying examination will have to report to the admission cell at Utkal University for document verification and fee payment for final seat allotment.
Utkal University accepts NEET PG exam scores for admission to various MD and MS specialisations offered by the institute. Utkal University NEET PG Cutoff 2024 was released for different categories under the All India quota. Among the General All India category candidates, the cutoff ranks were closed between 629 and 101740. Therefore, there is a high possibility of getting admission into the college at 15000 rank in NEET PG. The table below consists of the last-round closing ranks for the General AI category to help students in the choice of specialisation:
Candidates need to upload mark sheets and certificates of all examinations, conduct certificate from the institution last attended, SC/ST certificate from the concerned authority. PH certificate of physically challenged students. Sports and games certificate of participation are required for quota and special weightage from the concerned authority, certificate shall be produced from the Rajya/Zilla Sainik Board by the applicants interested to apply under Ex- /In-service quota.
Priority shall be given to applicants under the Ex-Serviceman quota, original application fee e-receipt, three passport size photographs (one to be fixed in the application form and two more copies to be attached with the form), migration Certificate, if the candidate is not from Utkal University.

The University announces the fellowship of INR 50,000 to INR 75,000 per month depending upon the academic qualifications, research competencies and publications for a maximum period of four years.
