The college is about 26 years old. It is a value-for-money college.
Placements: My college feels good. The cost is affordable for poor and middle-class families. NIIS Group of Institutions has scholarships. Teachers, class timetables, and practicals are wonderful. Many students get campus placements in our college. The highest package is 8 LPA. The minimum is 1.2 LPA. The college is the best. Many companies like Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and TCS visit the college. College also has banking internships with ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank, and many more.
Infrastructure: My college has 6 hostels. Hostels are 3 for boys and 3 for girls. Boys and girls have separate canteens. The food is tasty and hygienic. Wi-Fi is also available in the college. It is also available in labs, the library, and study rooms. There are also 6 wardens for different hostels. Medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: All the college staff are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is top. It makes the students industry-ready. Exams are good. Teachers give us selection questions. Pass percentage is 100 percent. The college also has its social media IDs.
Other: I chose BCA because I have an interest in computers. My hobby is making APKs and coding. If the college wants, it can make it even better. The college celebrates Sports Day, Dream Fest, hackathons, and many more functions. In one word, the college is good. According to my course, classes, teaching style, and experience, all teachers and staff are the best.

One of the best colleges in Odisha.
Placements: Last year, the placement percentage was 70-80 in our college. The lowest package is 4 LPA-5 LPA. In our universit many companies come to offer jobs like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Cognizant, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, etc. The highest salary package offered is 16 LPA-18 LPA in our college. 10-15 percent of students got paid internship. If you have good spoken English and some skills, then you will be easily hired.
Infrastructure: Our university has a great environment. We have smart classrooms, AC classrooms with high-speed internet connection, and a well-managed library. Hostels are also good, with hygienic food and Wi-Fi facilities. You won't miss your home there. Our sports faculty are also good. We have sports tournaments every year like cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very friendly. They are highly qualified. If we have any doubts about studying, they will solve them. Before our semester, they prepare us very well. Our university has an A+ grade from NAAC.
Other: I have enjoyed my college journey and made friends and memories.

Top pharmacy college in Odisha.
Placements: Placements are quite average in this 2025 season. Two companies, like McLeods and Informal, visited our campus. Mostly, students are placed in different companies. Students are placed in different products or units in the Pharma sector. The highest package offered is 3.2 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 1.8 LPA. One month of hospital training is compulsory for the degree.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good as it is a government college. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus with CCTV security. There are government hostels for boys and girls inside the campus. Mostly, students do not get government hostels, so they stay outside the college. Classrooms are very good with projectors and smart boards. Labs are well-equipped and have all the operators and equipment used in the industry. Various grounds are available for cricket, volleyball, basketball, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are good, knowledgeable, and professional. They all are highly experienced. All of them have done their post-graduation in Pharmacy. The course curriculum is very good and makes us ready for the industry. There are two semesters conducted by the University, Biju Patnaik University of Technology. Each semester has two sessionals conducted by the college.

Overall, it is a good university in Bhubaneswar.
Placements: Our placement cell was not so good according to last year's record. Last year, 10–20% of students got placed in various companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, BYJU'S, and Unacademy. Last year, the highest package was 8–8.5 LPA. The lowest package was 4–5 LPA. The average package fell around 5 LPA. If you had great communication skills, you could get a job easily.
Infrastructure: Our campus had a good environment. Our university had separate, well-organized buildings, smart classrooms with great Wi-Fi, well-maintained laboratories, good roads for transport, and a great green environment. Hostels were also good. Our hostels were very hygienic and provided good food three times a day.
Faculty: Our professors were highly qualified. They were very friendly with us. Our exams followed a semester system. The papers were hard. Before every semester, our professors prepared us and suggested the most important questions. Our sports faculty members were also good. They organized football, cricket, hockey, basketball, and volleyball tournaments every year.
Other: A single sheet could not decide your future. So, enjoy the college life, make friends, and make memories.

For good studies, one of the best universities in Bhubaneswar.
Placements: In our college, we have a good placement cell. Approximately 68-72 percent of students got placed. Last year, the total number of graduating students was 1744, and of them 1250 students were placed. The highest package is 10.5 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Many trusted companies come to our college to offer jobs like Azim Premji Foundation, Annapurna Microfinance, Odisha Television (OTV), Harsha Trust, etc.
Infrastructure: Our campus has a fresh environment, well-managed buildings, smart classrooms, a playground, good roads for transport, and many other facilities. Our hostels come with a good security system, clean rooms, a fast Wi-Fi facility, and 3 meals a day. Hostel food is very hygienic, so you don't miss your home in our hostels.
Faculty: In our university, professors are highly qualified. They are not so friendly, but they are strict. Before every semester, they prepare us very well. So in the last year, the pass rate of students was 90-95 percent.
Other: Good college for building a career. I enjoyed my college life very well. They organise cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, etc., tournaments every year.

Placements: Campuses have not come yet at our college because we are currently in the first year, but about half of the students in my batch have been selected for summer internships. The placement cell helps us regularly to stay informed about upcoming internship programs and other placement committee-related updates.
Infrastructure: Even though the campus of my college is small, it is well organized with plants and flowers. The quality of the classrooms is average, but I can say the library is good. As a day scholar, I don't know much about hostel facilities, but the MBA guidelines of my college are good, and training programs are going well.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. The MBA program can make a student professional and industry-ready. Faculty members are friendly and helpful, and they teach us to build our character and confidence, helping us to improve our personality. Exams do give us stress.
Other: I have chosen this college because I want to become a good corporate employee with the skills required to build a successful career.

Utkal University placement 2026 details will be updated once out. As per the 2024-2025 placement data released by NIRF, the median package offered to UG-4 students is INR 3.6 LPA & that to UG-5 students is INR 4 LPA.
