Candidates need to register for VITEEE for admission to BTech course of VIT Chennai. The registrations for VITEEE are currently open and candidates can apply till Mar 31, 2025. The exam will be conducted between Apr 21 and Apr 27, 2025. The admissions through VITEEE are usually concluded by May with the end of counselling.

Candidates need to have a valid entrace exam score for admission to VIT Chennai BTech programme. VIT conducts VITEEE for admission to BTech course. VITEEE is a 2.5 hour multiple-choice test. The test includes a total of 125 questions divided into the section-Maths/ Biology (40 questions), Physics (35 questions), Chemistry (35 questions), Aptitude (10 questions) and English (5 questions). Candidates are selected based on merit for BTech Fashion Technology. There are no entrance exam for this course. However, the students must appear for Personal Interview. Applicants who have studied through Regular, full-time and formal education are eligible to apply.
