Highlight placements infra connections and events.

Faculty: Good policy of FFCS to choose slots and faculty flexible curriculum. It helps us in the flexible curriculum to study and we also have a foreign language to study. There are 3 exams CA1 CA2 and a final and we have lab and theory separate exams. CAT 2 will be open book.

The college is really good, and I really like it, but the population is too high.

Faculty: Teachers are very highly qualified, and the teaching quality is good. Course relevance is medium, it is not completely bad nor completely good. Semester exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is above 60%. The first internal is normal, while the second internal is an open book exam. Overall, it is a good college.

The food is difficult to habituate for people from the Telugu state.

Faculty: VIT conducts exams in a very strict and mannered way. It is very hard for an average student to survive in this college. Not all faculty will teach well. Only 1 out of 10 will be a good teacher. There will be 2 mid-semester and one final exam per semester.

Amazing social life with amazing faculty and average placements.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly qualified and very helpful. Their teaching style varies depending on the student, and they do not force us to adapt to their teaching style. The course keeps us ready to survive in the job market and industry. Also, about the semester exams, you can't say it's hard, but you can only score if you study the concepts and the core of the subject with understanding.

The college is good, strict and academically good.

Faculty: Faculty members are PhD holders so there is no doubt of teaching. The course curriculum is updated and of the latest requirements. There are 3 exams conducted CAT 1, CAT 2, and FAT with 3 DAs. Exams are of 50 marks for both CATs, 100 marks for FAT, and DA of 30 marks each so CAT exam marks are converted into 15%, and 15% percent DA of 100%, and FAT marks into 40%. Then the addition will sum up our marks and depending on the class average our grade will be graded and according to that CGPA will b...

B.Sc. fashion design at VIT Chennai.

Faculty: All teachers are qualified and most of them have Ph.D. The curriculum is relevant to the industry demands. Semester exams are easy but it takes effort to crack them. If you study you score marks, otherwise you will fail in your subjects.

This is my insight about the college. I would definitely recommend people joining here.

Faculty: We get to choose our own faculty members and slots. On the website, we get the academic backgrounds of all faculty members, almost all of them are highly qualified teachers. They are easily approachable. There are few professors who have excellent knowledge and experience. They also have connections with other people, and they provide us with internship opportunities. Course curriculum is one of the reasons why I chose this college. They provide specialisation courses along with the core. For ex...

Faculty members, classes, library, hostel, mess food, ambulance services, and everything are good.

Faculty: Teachers are definitely helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Definitely semester exams are a bit tough compared to other colleges. Most of the senior lecturers have doctorates in their stream. The best part is that we can select teachers for most of the subjects, and we can also make a timetable for ourselves.

Decent college to consider.

Faculty: There are 2 mid-sem exams and 1 end-sem. Theory courses are based on relative grading, while the labs are graded on an absolute basis. The second mid-sem is particularly difficult and lengthy, with a low class-average. Teachers are receptive to feedback, however, a majority are strict.

Review of Vellore Institute of Technology - Chennai Campus.

Faculty: The college faculty members are among the best in the whole of India, as they are all either Ph.D. holders or are under some sort of research, and they are very open. There are 3 sets of exams each semester, these are not so hard to score and can be easily cracked given you put in at least one hour each day. All the exams are relatively marked.

VIT may be the last option, but it can be the first option among private universities.

Faculty: Faculty members are like other colleges, decent, and some are very good, some are very bad. It depends on you whether you want to study or not. The teachers are not so good, I'll say, but some are very good if you get them. Try not to take blacklisted faculty members, and also very good one because blacklisted faculty will not give marks and faculty who are very good will have toppers in their class.

Very satisfied with all the things the college has been doing.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They pay attention to all the students if required. But for the first year most of the courses seem to be irrelevant to the program we signed up for. The difficulties of the semester exams are above medium. The pass percentage is pretty high because the FAT exam is the only exam that decides whether you pass or fail.

With rank 17,845 in VITEEE, you have got an awesome chance of getting the CSE branch at VIT Chennai.

Many college students with comparable ranks were given CSE there.

So, sure — you can assume admission, however the charges can be slightly higher in those categories.
