IIM Trichy is one of the leading Management institutes of the country. The flagship course offered by IIM Tiruchirappalli is PGPM, which is equivalent to MBA. The Institute is accredited by the AMBA and member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).

No, the CAT application form can only be filled out online on the official website iimcat.ac.in. There is no option to submit the CAT form in offline mode. Candidates will have to create an account on the CAT website once the registrations begin and fill out the CAT form through that candidate account. Candidates must also note that no other website hosts the CAT form other than iimcat.ac.in
There is no provision of paying CAT fees in cash, challan or Demand Draft either. The CAT registration fee can be paid online only through Internet banking, credit/debit cards or mobile wallets only. The payment window will be available in the candidate dashboard as part of the CAT application form. Candidates have to simply follow the instructions to pay the fee. Candidates must note that fee payment is mandatory for CAT form filling. Until the fee is paid successfully, the form will not be accepted. Thus, candidates must check the fee payment acknowledgement slip after making the payment.
IIM Trichy selection process involves an initial screening based on CAT percentile, Personal Interview and Written Analysis Test. Candidates academic records in bachelor's degree, high school education, and relevant certifications or diplomas are also considered. For executive courses, work experience is important.
The one-time acceptance fee for PGPM at IIM Trichy is INR 1 lakh.

IIM Trichy campus facilities includes modern classrooms, auditoriums, hostels, knowledge resource center, labs, etc.
The library at the Institute comprises 9,000 books along-with 20,000 journals and 70 print newspapers and magazines. In addition, Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli has well-equipped Finance Lab and Computer Labs wherein students get practical experience in financial analysis and decision-making.
There is a dedicated Behavioural lab as well that provides training on key concepts such as product development, employee perception, consumer decision and behavioural finance.
