ICSI CS Executive
CS Executive June Enrollment 2026 is ongoing at icsi.edu. Candidates who have submitted their registration form for both modules by November 30, 2025 and single module by January 31, 2026, must enroll for the exam. ICSI will not allow a registered candidate to sit in the exam if he/she has not enrolled for the same. The ICSI CS Executive June 2026 enrollment window will close on March 25, 2026 (without late fee) and April 09, 2026 (with late fee).
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has announced ICSI CS June 2026 exam dates. The exams will be conducted from June 01 to June 07, 2026. CS Executive Dec 2026 registrations is ongoing and will end on May 31. ICSI conducts CS Executive Exam in offline mode. Students who want to appear for the exam for any session must fill and submit the application form before last date. Before applying for the exam, applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria of the exam.

The ICSI CS Executive examination is a combination of descriptiove and Multiple Choice Questions. The exam is divided in Two groups. The first group consist of four papers and second paper consists of three papers. Each paper will consist of maximum 100 marks. The medium of ICSI CS Executive question paper is English only.

CS Executive examination for June 2026 session will be held in offline mode. Candidates will have to report to the alloted exam centre on the day of exam day. Candidates will be able to know the alloted exam centre when the admit card is released. The ICSI CS Executive exam will be held across India. Candidates will be able to choose the preferred CS Executive exam city while filling the application form. Candidates must carefull read the exam day instructions mentioned on the admit card. Test takers failing to adhere by the instructions will be disqualified.

ICSI conducts CS Executive exam in more than 180 cities across India. ICSI conducts the CS Executive examination in offline mode. On release of the CS Executive admit card, candidates can check the alloted exam centre and report at the alloted exam centre on the day of examination. Candidates reporting at other exam centre than the alloted centre will be disqualified.

CS Executive Admit Card 2026
The admit card for CS Executive June 2026 exam will be released by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India 10 days before the examination day. Registered candidates who will have enrolled for the exam by last date will be able to download their hall ticket in PDF format. The CS executive June 2026 admit card will be released at icsi.edu, tentatively on May 22, 2026. Candidates will have to enter their 17-digit registration number to download the hall ticket. Additionally, candidates must ensure to take their admit card at the exam centre.

CS Executive Result 2026
The Institute of Company Secretaries of India releases CS Executive Result on official website. Candidates who will appear for the exam can download their marksheet online, once released. The direct link to download CS Executive scorecard is made available at icsi.results.shiksha. To download result, candidates have select the programme and enter their roll number and registration number. Candidates who will qualify for the CS Executive exam will be eligible to apply for the next level of CS course - CS Professional exam.
ICSI also releases CS pass percentage and CS Toppers List, along with the release of result. In general, candidates have to score 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects (in one sitting) to clear the exam. The pass percentage for CS Executive December 2025 exam for Group 1 is 18.03% and Group 2 is 22.26%.
ICSI CS Executive Result 2026 - Verification of Marks
If a candidate is not satisfied with his/her score in CS Executive exam, he/she can apply for marks verification online at official website. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India also provides the facility of supply or inspection of certified copies of answer books after the release of result.
