NPAT exam centre 2026 list is released along with the admission handout. The NPAT 2026 exam is being held until the last week of May, 2026. SVKM’s NMIMS will conduct the NPAT exam in more than 60 test cities across the country. Candidates are allowed to choose the exam city while filling the NPAT exam application form. Candidates can take the NPAT exam for up to three times during the test window. NPAT 2026 test cities are spread across 23 states in India. How to Select NPAT 2026 Test City?
In order to select city for NPAT exam, candidates have to choose the exam date. Know NPAT exam scheduling process here:
- Candidates must complete filling details in NPAT 2025 application form.
- Pay NPAT application fee.
- After submitting the form, access the NPAT login dashboard and proceed to choose the exam date, NPAT test city, and centre.

Candidates filling the NPAT application form will be able to choose the exam date, and test centre. SVKMs NMIMS will conduct the NPAT exam after allotting the prefered test centre to the candidates. The applicant login will aid the exam scheduling process. As soon as the candidate choose the prefered exam date, he/she can choose the available test centres on that particular date.
No. SVKMs NMIMS releases the NPAT admit card immediately after the candidate schedules the exam attempt. Therefore, candidates do not have the option to change the exam centre allotted after the exam scheduling. Candidates will have to appear for the NPAT exam at the exam centre mentioned in the admit card. The exam scheduling requires the candidates to choose the exam city, date, and venue of the exam centre.
Therefore, candidates cannot change the NPAT exam centre after scheduling the exam.

SVKMs NMIMS will conduct NPAT exam in 23 states/UT. Each state may have multiple cities where the NPAT exam centres will be located. Collectively, these 23 states have around 65 test cities. Candidates filling the NPAT application form have to fill the preferred test city to appear for the exam. SVKMs NMIMS will allot a test centre based on the preference of the candidate, available seats in the test centre, number of candidates interested in a particular location, etc.
Candidates must not carry any of the prohibited items to the NMIMS NPAT exam centre. In case the candidates are found with any of the prohibited items they will be asked to leave the test centre. Some of the prohibited items inside the NPAT exam centre include the following:
- Electronic gadgets
- Smartphones
- Smartwatches
- Calculators
- Pager
- Bluetooth device
- Printed material
- Notes, etc.

- Wallets

Here are some features to know before the candidate schedules the NPAT exam:
- Candidates can only schedule the exam after payment of the NPAT registration fee
- Facility to choose the NPAT exam city preference is not available while filling the application form
- The exam scheduling window will only display the available test cities for the NPAT exam for a particular exam date chosen by the candidate
- After scheduling, candidates will find their exam centre with the complete address mentioned on the NPAT admit card 2026
- The examination centre once allotted will not be changed.
- Candidates need to carry a hard copy of the admit card for entry into the NPAT exam centre.

List of ID Proof To Carry at NPAT 2026 Exam Centre
Candidates must carry any of these ID proofs on trhe NPAT exam day:
- Voters ID card
- Passport
- Aadhaar Card
- Driving Licence (Learner licence will not be accepted)
- Class 12 admit card
- PAN Card
Along with the above-mentioned documents, candidates must mandatorily carry a hard copy of the admit card. Additionally, candidates must carry a photocopy of the ID proof along with the original copy.
