My Devotion to the Course

Arts and Humanities is of great interest to me because I am extremely keen on the intricacies of society and culture. The Master of Arts program at the University of North Bengal has given me an invaluable platform to gain insights into these areas and thus increases my pool of knowledge by enhancing the scope of my intelligence. This course not only allows me to pursue learning my interests but also throws me into the deep end and dares me to solve challenges in different ways and formulate new ideas. 

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to this course for all the opportunities that it has given me, and I am looking forward to further analysing the interesting field of Arts and Humanities.

My Course Selection Journey

Crafting has always been incisively personal to me, and the same holds in my choice of course. The understanding of humans, their history and culture has always been of interest to me. During my schooling years, I found myself intrigued by the Arts Stream. 

Arts, to my astonishment, came naturally to me and throughout my undergraduate studies at Parimal Mitra Smriti Mahavidyalaya, it became a strategic focus. The exposure to tangible ideas and perspectives and hearing them from different people was a major indicator to me that there was more to human society and interrelated cultures than I ever knew. Above all, I had a deep appreciation for analytical subjects designed particularly for intellectual development. This revelation prompted further specialisation as well as by selecting a Master of Arts degree. 

The next hurdle was picking the right institution for my postgraduate studies, and to my surprise, the University of North Bengal stood out as a natural option.  

Acknowledged for its emphasis on academic strength and commitment to talent management, the university matched my dreams. Taking up this course at this institution seemed to be the most suitable choice for my academic pursuits and growth.

What Makes My College and Course a Perfect Duo

The University of North Bengal has an established record of high-standard scholarly achievements and lively student activity on campus. It is indeed an institution of higher learning that brings together students from all backgrounds and provides an atmosphere that encourages creativity and learning. 

It’s the Masters of Arts course at The University of North Bengal where the practice and theory go together. This course is further formulated in such a way that it encourages the intellect of the students and prepares them for their respective professions. 

The university does owe its share of gratitude to its faculty which is made up of seasoned professors who know what they are talking about. The content of the subjects offered is always updated in accordance with the new trends in the academic world, thus making it practical for the students. Taking this view, the program facilitates the students to not only understand the core principles of their field but also get the necessary skills to use the knowledge successfully in real-life situations. 

Furthermore, the university makes it possible to combine education with other activities due to its active social life on campus. Several cultural and intellectual activities such as events, workshops and seminars add some spice to the learning process, motivating the students to look outwards. In my case, the combination of the university’s desire to grow and the desire to learn was the strongest, which makes me one of the most beneficial students for the Master’s Degree.
