ICFAI University Mizoram Distance Education Admission 2020: Eligibility, Process, Fee

ICFAI University Mizoram launched its distance learning programmes in 2008 with the approval from the Distance Educational Council (DEC) through its letter number DEC/Mizo/ICFAI/08/15386, dated November 3, 2008. Today, it offers UG and PG degree programmes in the field of Management and Information Technology in distance-learning mode.

The Directorate of Distance Education under ICFAI University Mizoram offers BBA, BCA and MBA programmes at the UG and PG level.

• The minimum duration of MBA programme is two years that at maximum can extend up to four years
• Similarly, the minimum duration of BBA and BCA programmes is three years which can extend up to six years
• Candidates seeking admission are required to submit the enrollment application form along with the admission fee, which differs from one programme to another

Candidates after securing admission to BCA and BBA programmes are required to register separately for each semester by paying a semester fee that varies with one programme to another. With the submission of this fee, the students are issued self-learning material to prepare for the examinations.

ICFAI University Mizoram DDE Examinations 2020

Exams at Directorate of Distance learning under ICFAI University Mizoram take place for each course in two ways. These are:

• Assignments: Assignments submitted by the students are evaluated and the final evaluated assignments with comments are returned by post/ courier to the students
• Term-end examinations: Examinations are conducted on specified test dates at the end of every term in the morning or afternoon session

On successful results of the final exams, students are awarded with their respective BBA, BCA or MBA degree.
