As more and more of our lives are transacted online, expectations grow about what facilities in terms of services are offered by a university or a college and the way in which they are delivered. Whether you are a current student or a new student, a portal is bedrock technology for publishing the applications, content, and services needed to be successful. Portals have been continually evolving and changing in the past few years. New portal strategies based solely on web content management software provide better "brand forward" online experiences, a more web-friendly and more agile integration approach with legacy apps and back offices and support for more engaging web experiences and content. There are a few login portals on the MNIT website for the purposes of faculty, student and parent logins; the Wi-Fi login portal and the placement portal.
Student Login Portal
One of the biggest obstacles that the student portal removes is the number of information silos found across a college. This encompasses all the systems that can store college-related information:
- Student Information Systems, ERPs, CRMs
- The Learning Management System
- Facilities
- Courses, departments and professors' profiles
- Notifications for college holidays, class shift changes, etc.
- E-commerce systems for bookstores and libraries.
It's next to impossible to keep regular track of everything individually. Therefore, a modern portal for students provides secure and centralised access to faculty and student information by connecting to these systems and pulling key information into the portal.

MNIT Intranet Portal
An intranet is a product arrangement that is used to share organisation-specific data and assets among representatives. Intranets are also used to encourage collaboration in groups and to improve overall internal communication efforts. An intranet is a sort of PC network that offers organisational data among various people using web technology. It is essentially used by business associations to encourage the correspondence endeavours of their workers. Truth be told, during the most recent couple of decades, it has been the mainstream method of imparting all this information more safely. Other than correspondence, the intranet provides various capacities, for example, long-range interpersonal communication devices, record vaults, and custom structures. Such an intranet is also setup at MNIT for the purpose of building a transparent culture and improving collaboration and feedback.

Placements Portal
The Training & Placement Cell aims at building a strong interface between industry and the University for Training and placement of students. To make recruitment sessions smoother for students, the Training & Placement Cell has a web portal for handling placement registration for companies visiting our campus. The placement portal is for the benefit of employers and students. This cell has the responsibility to disseminate information about various employment opportunities in the job sector for college students. Through the Placement Cell, college students will be methodically guided and motivated to further their career growth. Students can use this portal to maintain communication with the placement office and to participate in on-campus or off-campus recruitment drives. Besides this, this portal has a knowledge centre that includes a career guidance section, a resume preparation section and an interview preparation section for the benefit of students. New articles on various relevant areas are posted on a regular basis. In addition to this, students can get access to faculty members of the college through this portal for educational and vocational guidance.

Additionally, they must have a valid score in JEE Main Paper 2.

With 73 percentile (SC), you can qualify JEE Main B.Arch, but for NIT Jaipur or Bhopal, seats usually need higher percentile. Last year SC closing ranks were much better than 73%. So chances are very low.
