With the intention of fostering the students' overall growth and development, the campus has a number of sports facilities, including ones for both indoor and outdoor games.

The National Institute of Industrial Engineering, also known as NITIE, is widely regarded as one of the most attractive and upbeat campuses in all of India. It is also referred to as "The God's Own Campus" because of the serene environment that has been bestowed upon this location by nature. This vast and flourishing campus spans over 67 acres and most of the area is dedicated to the preservation of the natural environment. Students who are pursuing a PGDIE, PGDIM or PGDSM degree can choose to live in one of three different hostels. In addition to this, there is a community hall on campus known as Tylor Hall, which is the location for most of the important activities. In addition to this, there are faculty quarters, a hostel for PhD scholars, the residence of the Director, and a number of different courts for a variety of sports. The primary academic structure also features a sizeable auditorium that can accommodate a student body of more than 200 people without difficulty.

Facilities Available for Students

Each and every facility that is incorporated into the campus is held to the same exacting standards that are required on an international level. These standards were developed by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). Students have access to every facility that can be helpful to them in their day-to-day academic pursuits. This includes computer labs, libraries, classrooms, auditoriums, learning resource centres and wireless networks among other facilities. Lessons are interactive and there is increased student participation all throughout the course of the session, thanks to the classrooms being outfitted with all modern facilities. Connectivity to a high-speed local area network (LAN) is installed in computer labs so that workers can enjoy the benefits of working effectively and continuously around the clock. The library's collection now includes a significant number of journals, and it also maintains a connection to the national digital library.

Co-curricular Activities

With the intention of fostering the students' overall growth and development, the campus has a number of sports facilities, including ones for both indoor and outdoor games. In addition to this, there is a building that is solely dedicated to indoor games such as table tennis, carom and chess among others. The sporting goods store is stocked with every piece of gear that is necessary to participate in any type of sports. There is a staircase with 96 steps that every student walks up and down as part of their daily routine.

Hostel and Mess Facilities

There is a lot to like about the hostels, from the rooms to the atmosphere to the facilities to the cleanliness, and every minor activity is documented for the future managers' convenience. Every room in the hostel is set up for two people to share, and each has its own private bathroom. There is also a common restroom on every floor of the building. Additionally, fully automatic washing machines and water coolers are available on each floor of the building. Each dorm room is equipped with a lift because the dorms range from seven to eight floors.

A mess facility is also provided in each of the dormitories, and students have the option of consuming their meals and snacks in the mess that best suits their needs. The daily menu for the mess includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner.

Transportation Facilities

One can easily book cabs and even autos are available at the main gate of the NITIE campus. NITIE is also well connected in terms of the transportation facilities that are available. There is a bus stop near the main gate, which is located less than 150 metres away from the entrance. In addition to this, the Kanjurmarg railway station is the closest station.
