This year 468 NITIE students were placed receiving over 500 job offers from a wide variety of companies thanks to their hard work and dedication.

NITIE, which will soon hopefully be known as 'IIM Mumbai,' is one of the locations that major businesses look up to the most in order to fill open positions in their companies. The impressive pool of talent that can be found on campus is the primary reason behind this. The last placement season was extremely successful overall, and a large number of companies took part in it as mass recruiters.

Top Recruiting Companies

India is experiencing rapid growth in the service sector industry, and consulting is one of the fields that attract most of the talented graduates from top business schools. This has led to an increase in the number of people working in the industry. In addition to that, FMCG and Marketing companies are extending an enthusiastic welcome to graduates of NITIE. Businesses in the consulting industry such as Infosys, EY, McKinsey, Sodexo and CRISIL are examples of organisations that offer compensation packages comparable to those offered by other businesses in the sector. In addition to the aforementioned businesses, RPMG, HUL and ITC are among the most well-known recruiters operating in the FMCG industry today, amongst others.

Recruitment and Compensation at NITIE

The number of recruiters to the university sees only a slight variation from one academic year to the next; however, in the most recent couple of years, the numbers have been affected. For instance, there were only about 90–95 recruiting companies during COVID-19. As a direct consequence of 'The Great Resignation,' NITIE has made its talented individuals available to 107 different recruiters over the course of the following year.
