I was a Science student (PCMB), in my 11 and 12 and then I discovered that I more capable of managing things and then I choose BBA and decided to purse in GIBS Business School and then I decided to do my PGDM from GIBS B SCHOOL as management and faculties were very supportive and Curriculum was trimester pattern and the were various certification like IRE (Innovation, Research and Entrepreneurship) and also GFS (GIBS Finishing school) which molded me completely as person.
In my final year of my BBA, I opted for TIMES Coaching Class where I did my preparation for the entrance exam then I gave my MAT exam in the Pandemic year, and degree scores and MAT scores where taken into consideration and the admission process were really smooth. The interview process of GIBS was quite tough, after two rounds of interviews I was shortlisted by GIBS and got a offer letter from GIBS. GIBS was my dream college because I have done my BBA from here only so didn’t apply anywhere.
To start with IRE (Innovation, Research and Entrepreneurship) we were assigned various task during this process I learned to be a team player as well as an individual contributor, IRE helped me to connect with the existing market, in innovation I learned about designing thinking, in research I learnt how to use Zotero, Jamovi

You need to have graduated from an AICTE/UGC/AIU-recognized university or institution with a bachelor's degree in any subject with at least 50% of the required precentage overall.It is required to have a valid score on any of the national management entrance exams, like the Common Admission Test (CAT).
A Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI) will be used to further evaluate the candidates who made the short list based on their entrance exam results.In addition to your work experience, extracurricular activities, and academic diversity, your performance in these rounds will also be taken into account.Therefore, even though 50% is the minimum eligibility for your undergraduate degree, improving your chances of admission requires achieving much higher scores and doing well on the entrance exams, GD, and PI.
And basic of R language and in entrepreneurship learned how to do an elevator pitch. In GIBS B SCHOOL we have various societies, I was an executive member of Culture and Adventure society and then appointed as secretary of Culture and Creative Society during this process I developed an interest in event management, developed skills like how to be a team player, leadership quality, coordination skills and how to work in crisis time.
In GFS (GIBS finishing school) completely moulded me as a person and I could positive personality change in me, there is a difference in me from the start to end of the journey.
My plan is develop my skill use them for the both personal and professional growth and to lead a team in my organization so the work can be done effectively.
