MAH AAC CET Counselling 2025: Registration, Dates, Fees, Seat Allotment Process

The last date to submit the application form for MAH AAC CET 2024 was February 29, 2024. The Application process starting date was January 30, 2024, for those who wanted to appear for the MAH AAC CET 2024 Exam.

The eligibility criteria for MAH AAC CET NRI candidates are as follows: 

The candidate who fulfils the conditions as defined in clause (n) of section 2 of the Act will be eligible under this category.

The Foreign Student Candidates, as defined in clauses by the Indian Government, the Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) candidate and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) are also eligible.

This year the MAH AAC CET 2024 Cutoff was 50 out of 180. So, the students must know that the cutoff rank varies between the 40001 to 50000. Students who want to pursue fine arts courses should prepare themselves for this exam keeping the cutoff in mind, however sometimes the selection process happens through the merit list as well.

Students who belong to the general category should know that if they want to appear for the MAH AAC CET 2024 Exam they need to score a minimum of 45 per cent marks in class 12/HSC/Equivalent Exam and students who belong to the Reserved Category need to score a minimum of 40 per cent.

The MAH AAC CET 2024 Exam consists of a total of four sections i.e. Design practical, General Knowledge, Object drawing practical, and memory drawing practical. Each section is of 50 marks in total except, General Knowledge which is of 40 marks in total.

The Maharashtra Applied Arts and Crafts Common Entrance Test (MAH AAC CET) Seat Allotment and Counselling Schedule is released online on the official website. The MAH AAC CET Counselling Schedule consists of three rounds in total.

Only the selected candidates will be allowed for the MAH AAC CET 2024 Counselling Process. Students who clear the MAH AAC CET Exam will be eligible to participate in the MAH AAC CET Counselling Process and therefore, students must carry the following documents:

• Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate. 

• Class 10 marksheet and passing certificate.

• MAH CET Scorecard/Result copy.

• Character certificate. 

• Category certificate (if needed).

• Migration Certificate.

In case a candidate has paid the MAH AAC CET application fee twice, no need to worry as out of 2 payments 1 payment will be updated in candidates application form and 2nd payment will be Autorefunded back to the candidate respective account within 6-7 working days. Candidate can also submit their query via email. To get the application number or reset password while filling the MAH AAC CET application form, candidates were supposed to follow the given steps:

• Click on Already Registered. 
• Then, click on I Can’t Access My account?
• Select Option.
• Enter the details.
• Verify OTP.
• Note down application number/reset login password.

If a candidate fail to get OTP while registering for MAH AAC CET 2024 exam, candidates were supposed to make sure that they have entered the correct mobile number while filling the application form. If a candidate has entered the correct mobile number and tried multiple times to get OTP, then they must wait for the next 30 min to get new OTP. All issued related to the conduct of examination and selection procedure shall fall under the jurisdiction of Courts, at Mumbai only. The Commissioner State CET CELL shall be the concerned authority or the legal person related to the matter in whose name Maharashtra Government may sue or may be sued. After the MAH AAC CET 2024 result is declared, candidates will be needed to check and download the MAH AAC CET result by visiting the official website of the exam. Candidates who will qualify the MAH AAC CET exam will be required to particiapte in the MAH AAC CET counselling. To particiapte in the MAH AAC CET counselling, candidates will be required to first register on the official website of the exam.
