CUET BFA Application Form 2026, Registration: Know How to Apply

Candidates can apply for CUET exam 2026 till January 30, 2026. NTA has released the CUET application form 2026 online at cuet.nta.nic.in. Yes, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2026 registration has commenced at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA released the CUET 2026 notification on January 03. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2026 process has commenced online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2026 exam must make sure to complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they fulfill the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) is conducted for admission to UG courses of central, state, private and deemed universities. National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts CUET exam annually for students desireous of taking admission to colleges of Delhi University, Banaras Hindu University, Allahabad Univeraity and many more.

NTA has released the CUET eligibility criteria.

• Students who have passed class 12th exam or are appearing for final examinations will be eligible to apply for CUET exam. 
• Student must have scored 50% marks in total (general category) or 45% marks (SC/ST and other categories).
• There is no age limit to apply for CUET UG 2026 exam. However, candidates are advised to check the university and course wise criteria for admissions.

For admission to the desirous University/Institution, the candidates must appear in CUET 2026 in the Languages and Domain Specific subjects as per the Program-Specific Eligibility for which s (he) is desirous to take admission. For instance, if a candidate wishes to apply for B.Com (Hons.) programe in Delhi University he/she will be required to make the subject combination as :

Combination I: Any one Language from List A + Mathematics/Applied Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1
OR
Combination II: Any one Language from List A + Accountancy/Book Keeping + Any two subjects out of which at least one should be from List B1

Candidates are advised to check CUET programme-specific eligibility criteria before filling the application form, failing which they will not qualify for further admission process. 

PwD candidates who are visually impaired or have disability in the upper limb or have lost hands/fingers which prevents them from operating the CUET UG computer based test will be able to avail the scribe facility.

Such candidates can take the help of scribe for reading the questions or keying the answers as per the direction of candidate. The scribe will not be allowed to explain or suggest the answer. To avail the service of scribe, PwD candidates must opt for it while filling the CUET 2026 application form.  The scribe will be provided by CUET 2026 conducting body National Testing Agency (NTA) only.

As per the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment guidelines, PwD candidates will be provided with following facilities:

1. Scribe facility: In case the candidate has physical limitation and required a scribe for writing the exam, he/she must be certified in the format provided by CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
2. Extra time: PwD candidates will get extra time of one hour whether such candidates use scribe facilities or not.

National Testing Agency commenced CUET 2026 registration on January 03, 2026. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration is January 30, 2026 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process is in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.

If a candidate has forgotten his/her CUET application number, it can be retrieved by following the steps below:

• Check registered email ID and phone number for SMS as It includes CUET application form number on successful registration.
• Check the saved page of CUET application form. or,
• Candidates may contact at NTA to know their CUET application form number.

After getting the CUET application number, students must ensure to note it somewhere for future login process. CUET application form number is required to login and download the admit card or results when released.

Yes, NTA can decline CUET UG application form based on below condictions

• Incomplete information
• Incorrect details
• Failing to fulfill CUET eligibility criteria
• CUET application fee not paid

Candidates must carefully check details entered in CUET application form before final submission.

Several candidates might face difficulties while filling the CUET UG 2026 application form. Because of server errors, application process may be impacted. Candidates might find it difficult to login or can be automatically logged out. Some candidates might face trouble while paying the application fee or receiving the OTP for registration. No, candidate cannot use the friend's email ID to register for CUET exam. Aspirant must make sure that they use their own email ID to get all the latest updates on online form, correction window, admit card and results. Using the email ID of other person is considered a form of identity fraud. 

There is no limit to the number of password reset attempts candidate can make for CUET login. If applicant has forgotten their password and need to reset it, they can follow instructions provided on the CUET website to reset password.

CUET UG 2026 exam will be held a Computer Based Test. In this mode of examination, candidates will have to report at the alloted CUET exam centre. Applicants will have to take exam on computer screens only. The screen will display the questions and candidates can select the correct option and save changes.

Candidates will not be able to edit the following details in the CUET 2026 application form once submitted:

• Mobile number

• Email address

• Permanent and correspondence address

• Emergency contact details

NTA will release the CUET admit card 2026 online in second week of May at cuet.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards online at cuet.nta.nic.in. The admit card will be available for download in PDF document and is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam centre. Prior to the release of the CUET UG admit card, NTA will release the advance intimation of exam city slip. It is not the admit card, but will inform candidates about the city. After downloading the CUET UG 2026 admit card, candidates will have to check all the details carefully and ensure that there is no mistake. In case of any error, they will have to contact NTA to get the necessary corrections done. 

DU CSAS portal 2026 will be actiavted at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. University of Delhi launchs CSAS portal 2026 in June. Candidates who will appear for the CUET 2026 exam can register at DU CSAS 2026 portal. Candidates will be required to enter the college and course preference and pay the DU CSAS registration 2026 fee to participate in the admission process. On the basis of the choices entered and CUET 2025 percentile, candidates will be alloted college and course. CUET 2026 result will be declared in first week of July 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in.

CUET 2026 will be held in two slots. The timing for the same is released with release of CUET 2026 admit card. Candidates can know the exam centre and timing along with the release of CUET 2026 admit card. NTA is expceted not to release the official CUET 2026 date sheet. Candidates can check their subject-wise CUET exam date and slot timings on CUET intimation slips and admit card.
