To get admission in BArch at Aurora Group of Institutions, students must meet the eligibility and selection requirement. The eligibility to apply for BArch at Aurora Group of Institutions is pass Class 12 examination in any stream (with maths) from a recognised board. The final selection is done on the basis of scores in NATA.

Candidates must pass Class 12 or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognised board to apply for BArch programme at Aurora Group of Institutions. Aspirants must also have scores in any of the entrance exam accepted by the school for admission i.e. NATA.

Yes, with 545/600 marks in higher secondary, you have scored very well academically and you are definitely eligible to apply for B.Arch at Lovely Professional University if you also meet the required entrance exam criteria like NATA or JEE Paper 2. From the official eligibility details, LPU requires the necessary qualifying marks in 10+2 along with a valid architecture aptitude score for admission in B.Arch. at LPU I personally feel your board marks are strong enough, so you should now focus mainly on qualifying the required entrance exam properly. ICFAI School of Architecture offers many professional elective subjects which are grouped under 10 different courses. Each professional elective course has around 2 - 4 subjects within them that candidates can pursue throughout BArch course duration. Some of these subjects include:

No, candidates who are from PCB stream are not eligible for ICFAI School of Architecture BArch course. However, candidates who had Mathematics as a mandatory subject in PCB are eligible to apply for this course.

ICFAI School of Architecture offers merit-based scholarships to its BArch students. Scholarships are based on Class 12 board exam merit or score obtained in NATA.
If a BArch student performs well in their semester exams, they can avail benefits of these scholarships throughout the duration of the course.

ICFAI School of Architecture has not partnered with any banks to provide student loans for its BArch students. Thus, candidates who require student loans must approach any third party bank to get a student loan to cover the BArch course fees.

ICFAI School of Architecture BArch fees is INR 12.7 Lacs for academic year 2026. Candidates are charged this fees in 10 equal installments of INR 1.25 Lacs each charged at the beginning of each semester. This fees also includes the INR 20,000 admission fees to confirm the seat in BArch course.

ICFAI School of Architecture BArch admission process will need these documents with the admission form for successful application of a candidate:
- Class 10th and Class 12th passing score as well as marksheet
- ID and address proof
- Passport-sized photographs
- NATA/ JEE Mains scorecard
- Proof of clearing Class 12th (Only for candidates without board result)

No, candidates cannot apply for BArch course at ICFAI School of Architecture before appearing in Class 12 board exam. However, candidates who have appeared in Class 12 board exams and are awaiting their result can apply for BTech course.
They will be required to provide proof of them clearing Class 12 board exams as well a valid score of entrance exam.
