Engineering Colleges accepting Assam CEE for B.Tech in India

Assam CEE cutoff is minimum scores that is needed for admissions into participating institutes of state. Authorities will prepare Assam CEE cutoff based on candidate's performance and other related factors. However, admissions are not guaranteed even if they meet cutoff and it will only raise their chances.

Level of Assam CEE will be similar to 12th class qualifying exam. If candidates are prepared for board exams, they will be prepared for Assam CEE too. In comparison to national level exam such as JEE Main, Assam CEE is considered easier.

Among Gauhati University or Tezpur University, candidates looking forward to the scope of getting a higher median salary can prefer Gauhati University while if we look at the university from the perspective of total tuition fee, the fee for BTech at Tezpur University is comparatively low. The total number of BTech seats at Dibrugarh University is 271. This is further divided across the four specialisations offered at the university. These seats are allotted to the applicants who fulfill the Dibrugarh University BTech eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria requires the candidates to have scored at least 45% (40% for reserved category) in the three cumpolsory subjects in Class 12. The candidates must not be below 17 and above 21 years of age as on August 1 of the admission year.
