The exam pattern for PERA CET will be separate for the respective courses. The PERA CET exam pattern for UG will be designed based on the respective 12th standard syllabus. Also, the syllabus of the PERA CET is somewhat less than the syllabus of JEE Mains and BITSAT. There will be no negative marking for any of the PERA CET Examinations. Therefore, we can say that it is not as difficult as the JEE Mains exam. One thing that can't be ignored is that if preparation and practice are done in the correct way, then nothing is difficult.
