Mystory@Petros Kanyama: How I chose my course and college
I have always had passion for business things. I opted for commercial subjects in high school in Zimbabwe. And I have always had this dream of becoming a businessman, to become my own boss (entrepreneur). That's why I opted for BBA.
When I finished my high school I got a lot of recommendations to different universities but I never liked them. I remember one day when I came across Parul University on internet. I liked the infrastructure of the university and became slightly interested. I did my small research about my BBA Program at the university and I liked what I came across. Since I was having that entrepreneurship dream in me I got to find out that the university was having EDC (Entrepreneurship Development Cell) Department which was headed by BBA principal, Shantanu Chakravarty sir. And after going through his journey I became keener to meet him.
How I cracked college admission
For me the admission process was smooth. After reading about the university on internet I found out that the university was having agents in my country and that made it easier for me to get admission at Parul University.
My college life
I remember when I arrived at the university I read the motto which said, “be here, be vibrant”. I asked myself a question that now when I am here how am I going to be vibrant. That question was answered when I met my principal and my faculties. They helped me a lot in my academics, social life etc. In eight months my name appeared in Indian newspaper twice, once when I was part of the top 20 Times of India public speaking competition and another time when we became the first Africans to participate in BBA Baazigar. Apart from that my staff members helped me receive so many awards. In eight months I have got 19 certificates and trophies which is fantastic. My faculties are loving and understanding thanks to my principal Shantanu Chakravarty, Sonika ma’am, Amrita ma’am, Rima ma’am, Shwetang sir, Jignesh sir, and Mahindra sir, all from BBA. My classmates are also the best as I enjoy every minute I spend with them.
I would consider Parul Institute of Business Administration even in future because of the huge benefits I am getting.

If both colleges are available to you, I would choose LPU for B.A. LL.B. because it offers a stronger mix of legal education, practical exposure, internships, campus life, and additional benefits like scholarships and the Study Grant of up to ₹1 lakh. 🎓⚖️✨

Parul University's online courses offer the same UGC-approved curriculum as their offline programmes making the degrees highly valid & recognised by employers. However online learning lacks physical campus amenities, labs & face-to-face networking, traditional on-campus programmes.

Placement for fashion/design at Parul University is decent but not very strong compared to top design colleges. The university shows good overall placement stats like an average package of around 4–6 LPA and many recruiters visiting campus, but this data is for all courses combined, not specifically

The latest cutoff trend for B.Des. in Fashion Design & Technology at Parul University is not published in the form of fixed marks or ranks like government colleges (e.g., NIFT). This is because admission is primarily based on a Design Aptitude Test (DAT) conducted by the university, followed by a po
