Interviewer: Hello Aryan, congratulations on your achievement. You have got 94.4% in your 10th CBSE board 2025. So how was your reaction after seeing the result? And did you score what you expected?

Aryan: Of course, it is the so-called class 10th CBSE board result. So, I was a little nervous and to be honest I was a little bit of afraid too because who knows how much I will score and I didn't even know which subject will be excluded from the percentage calculation. So yeah, I was a little nervous and afraid. Oh.

Interviewer: Aryan, can you tell us about your family background? Like what your father does, what your mother does? How did they help you to achieve this success?

Aryan: Of course. So, I come from a middle-class family and my father is in digital marketing and my mother is a housewife.

My family encouraged me a lot while my examinations were going on and sometimes when I felt down, they encouraged me and helped me to score well.

Interviewer: Okay, so please tell me about your stream that you are targeting.

Aryan: Right now, I'm targeting the science stream and to be specific, I am aiming for the PCM subject.

Interviewer: Good choice. So what was your strategy to score 94.4%?

Aryan: Actually, for me, there wasn't any specific strategy. The only thing that I did was to practice more and more questions and solve as many sample papers and PYQs as I could. And that was the key to my achievement.

Interviewer: Oh, nice! So, did you take any online or offline coaching for that?

Aryan:  No, I didn't take any online course or any batch or tuition because, according to me, there isa  lot of free content available on YouTube and several other platforms. So I didn't need to buy any specific course or online program.

Interviewer: Aryan, who encouraged you the most in this journey?

Aryan:  In this journey, it was my father who encouraged me the most. He helped me at times when I felt down and when I was feeling a bit afraid, when it was my mathematics exam because, as most people say, the maths exam can be a little bit lengthy. So I was not sure if I would be able to complete it in time.

But then my father told me, “Do your best and you will be able to complete it in time.”

Interviewer: What was your routine during the CBSE board exam preparation? If you can share with the students who may be appearing for the 10th CBSE board exam in 2026?

Aryan: Sure. My routine was quite normal. Most of the time I spent in solving PYQs and sample papers, because that was the only thing that I could do to attain a good score, since most of the questions come from the previous 5 years question papers. So, I tried to solve at least the previous 5 years question papers so that I could score well in my exam.

Interviewer: Nice. So what are your future plans? And which career path are you aiming?

Aryan: I'm currently aiming to take part in the IIT JEE Mains exam and the JEE Advanced exam and after that, I'm not sure what I will do, right now But surely, I will choose it in a few months.

Interviewer: That's a good choice, Aryan. If you can share,e what is your favorite subject?

Aryan: For me, my favorite subject was chemistry. And to be specific, I like physical and inorganic chemistry more than organic because organic is a little bit irritating.

Interviewer: Nice. So, what is your Dream College or institute?

Aryan: My dream college is IIT Delhi. So, I'm aiming to get a good score in the JEE Advanced exam so that I could choose my dream college.

Interviewer: Okay, for the students who will be appearing in the 10th CBSE board exam in 2026, if you can share some tips?

Aryan: Oh, sure. I would like to tell you what helped me the most. I recommend solving as many previous year question papers as you can. Students must try to solve at least the last 5 years' question papers because these can help a lot, and I mean it literally, because around 50% of the questions come from the previous 5 years' question papers. After completing those, you can go on to more like the previous 10 years' question papers and then maybe you can go for sample papers. So try as many questions as you can. And that will be the only key for scoring good marks in your Class 10th CBSE board exams.
