I am not satisfied with this college. I will not recommend to joining them.
Placements: Around 30-60% of students are placed in our course. The average salary package is 4-5 LPA. The highest salary package is 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package is 2 LPA. The highest-paid are either in MBA courses or in pre-sales. The students get recruited in companies like Infocom, Oyster Connect, Byjus, Unschool, WhiteHat Jr, Art of Living, Talent Space, etc. These companies also provide internships to the students, and their top roles are sales, business development, and marketing.
Infrastructure: In this college, it provides libraries, a canteen, and a basketball ground and badminton court students. It also has Wi-Fi and laptops. It also provides indoor and outdoor sports but students do not play. Most of the students bring their equipment to play, and only 15-20 students play from the whole college. The food served at the college canteen is average, but sometimes it is good. Hostel food is below average, and most of the students don't even go to their college mess after the first semester and pay outside for food. All the facilities are available in this college.
Faculty: In this college, only a few teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable in every course. Teachers do not care if the student has grabbed a concept of the syllabus, but they remember about notes and check them a day before the exam. The favorite students of teachers get good marks in the exam. The course curriculum is relatable to the BU syllabus but outdated and pointless. Some teachers only care about if you've worn a college tie, pant shirt, and shoes, The college also says they provide skill-based training. but all were only words at the end. They do take students to 1-2 industrial visits, but that is either not relevant to our course or hardly relatable. It does not make students ready for industry.
Other: The college is located outside the city. The area has nothing that a student would be interested. There is no facility like cafe, mall and street food. They also conduct ethnic days which is not good. The transportation mode is also not good. The college is strict.
Which is a better option among GIBS Business School and ABBS, Bangalore?
