Alankar Mahila B.Ed College review.
Placements: About half of the students in my course secured placements. The salary packages range from 3 LPA at the lowest to 8 LPA at the highest, with an average of around 4.5 LPA. Some of the main recruiters included well-known private schools such as Ryan International School, Delhi Public School, and Jaipur International Public School.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was really good and well-maintained here. It included a good library, labs, and classrooms. Food quality in both the hostel and canteen was commendable. Although Wi-Fi was not available on campus. The hostels were equipped with a reliable internet connection. A large number of students reside in the hostel, which was well-managed. The food provided in mess was also satisfactory and met basic quality standards.
Faculty: The teaching staff was well-qualified and knowledgeable. They use engaging methods such as storytelling and presentations to explain topics. The curriculum was appropriate and relevant. If students understand the concepts well, they usually find it easy to pass the exams.

For studies and quality teaching, I have found the college satisfying.
Placements: Nearly 70% of the students are set by UPAT. Our college gets students placed in both government and private sectors. The most elevated package offered is 10 LPA. The normal package offered is 4 LPA. The best enlisting companies are Amazon, Java, Flipkart, Genpact, IBM, etc. Nearly 100% of the students got internships from our course in numerous companies.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are provided by the college. They have Wi-Fi, classrooms, a library, and more other facilities. Our college’s library is quiet and well-equipped. The food is also good and healthy, especially the meals served in the hostel. There are always health facilities available round the clock.
Faculty: The teachers are friendly, professional, and well-learned in their respective fields. They make students industry-ready. The content of the course is good. There are examinations held at the end of each year which are moderate. The passing percentage is 34%.

In light of this, the college, in my view, should be joined.
Placements: In the consistent year of placements, about 70% of students were placed in different governmental and private sectors. In the companies where placements were made, the highest salary offered was 10 LPA. For infringement analysis, the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top companies that hire our students are Amazon, Java, Flipkart, Genpact, IBM, etc., and about 99% of the students from our course got an internship from the industry.
Infrastructure: Those who use the Internet and other resources can work at our college, as our college offers all the facilities for us. Other resources to generate better academic performance involve using foresight in seeking and applying relevant sources from the Internet and other facilities. Our college offers all the facilities to its students, including using the Internet and other resources. Facilities that any college would have, like Wi-Fi and classrooms, are available in our college. Our college has a well-settled and quiet library. Classrooms are clean, and they provide teaching materials. The diet for the students in the hostel is good and healthy, as we find tested meals for them in the hostel. Emergency medical facilities are available 24X7 throughout the year, and all the faculty members are fully qualified and experienced.
Faculty: The teaching staff is caring, skilled, and experienced in their respective fields. They make students industry-ready. Overall, the course content is okay. Annual exams are also conducted every year, and exams are moderate. The overall pass rate means that 34% of the students passed the test.

·       If you're unsure: Consider your interests and skills. Do you enjoy teaching and interacting with students? Or are you more drawn to scientific exploration and research?

Additional options:

·       M.Ed.: If you already have a B.Ed., you can pursue a Master of Education for career advancement or specialisation in a particular teaching area.
