STEP 1: AVV, Haridwar Campus Application Process 2025
Aspirants must apply online for any of the AVV, Haridwar Campus programmes. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria need to fill out the application form and upload the specified documents on the official website of the institute.
STEP 2: Selection
Candidates are selected based on AEEE or submit JEE Main score + AEEE 2025 Counselling. The counselling fee for CSAP registration is INR 5,000. The application fee is mentioned below:
- AEEE only: INR 1200
- AEEE+JEE: INR 1200
- JEE only: INR 500
STEP 3: Admission Confirmation
After selection, shortlisted candidates are required to pay the programme fee to confirm their seat in the institute. Shortlisted aspirants need to come for document verification and pay the AVV, Haridwar Campus fee to confirm their seats at the institute.

According to the performance of candidates in the entrance exam, candidates who meet the requirements for AEEE 2025 will be offered admission to the University's B.Tech programme at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham - Haridwar Campus. If the candidate qualifies, the admission process will be done through a Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP). AEEE exam is conducted in two Phase 1 and Phase 2. Two phases of the AEEE have already been held in January and April 2025. The best percentile score is taken to rank the candidates attending both phases.
Additionally, the university grants admission to its engineering programmes based on the percentile secured in JEE Mains. 70% of the seats in each branch are open to applicants with the AEEE 2025. The rest of the 30% seats are reserved for those who received good percentile scores in one of the sessions of JEE Mains 2025.
The questions in AEEE are based on the syllabus in Class 11th & Class 12th. All the questions are of Multiple-Choice type and have four options as possible answers. Students can check the details below:
- Duration of the Exam: 150 Minutes (2.5 Hours)
- Mode of Exam: Computer-Based Test (CBT) held at various cities across the country.
- Subjects: Mathematics: 40 questions, Physics: 30 questions, Chemistry: 25 questions and English: 5 questions
- Marks: Three marks are awarded for each correct answer and -1 (minus one) for each wrong answer.

There is no management quota at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for the Haridwar Campus. Admissions are categorised into Scholarship and Non-Scholarship categories.
