AEEE 2024 Application Form (OUT): Last Date to Apply for Phase 1 (5 Jan), Get Link for Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP)

Candidates can apply for AEEE 2024 exam using AOAP. The application form is available on the official university website. Alternatively, candidates can access the direct link to apply for AEEE 2024 here:

Important instructions regarding the application fee payment:

• The application fee can be paid online either by credit/debit card or net banking. In case the examination fee is paid through a credit card/debit card, the candidates may have to pay additional processing charges to the concerned bank.
• Please note that fee submitted through any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. is not accepted for online applications.
• Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
• Candidates can post their payment queries in the Query Management System in the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) to get a faster response.

Academic Profile, documents upload and JEE Mains scores may be entered after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill the same at the time of filling out the application. Also, candidates who have appeared in Phase I of the AEEE 2024 examination can also appear for Phase II examination by paying an additional fee of INR 600. This is an opportunity given to the candidates to improve their scores.

Candidates have to enter the below-given details in AEEE application form:

• Personal Profile (Name, Address & Contact details, upload Photograph, Signature)
• Application Details (Available courses to be selected)
• Payment (Cost of application for the relevant courses)
• Academic Profile (Marks of the qualifying examination & year, Last attended school, etc.,)
• Upload Documents

Note that: Academic Profile, documents upload and JEE Mains scores may be entered after the publication of the results. Candidates can check the steps to fill out the application form for AEEE 2024 given below. 

Step 1: Sign Up / Sign In

• Aspirants are required to register by entering their email ID or phone number.
• Once they enter a valid email id/phone number, they will receive an OTP.
• Enter the OTP and complete the registration process.

Step 2: Enter Personal Information

In this step, candidates have to enter the below given details:

• Full Name (As in 10th class certificate)
• Date Of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format
• Gender
• Social Status
• Email address
• Phone number
• How did you come to know about Amrita?
• Aadhaar Number
• State which you belong to
• District
• City
• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• Photo and signature Upload

Step 3: Enter the Contact details of the Parent / Guardian

• Here candidates have to enter the Name of the Parent / Guardian
• The Email address and Phone number of the Parent / Guardian

Step 4: Enter academic details

•  Candidates have to choose the state where they completed +2
• Note to indicate that the responsibility of entering the correct data lies with the candidate and the university will not be responsible for not getting communication if wrong data is entered

Step 5: Register for AEEE

Now, candidates have to register for AEEE. In this step, candidates have to select the following details:

• Choose three cities where you wish to attend the AEEE 2024 in CBT mode
• Do you want to consider based on the JEE CRL Rank?

Step 6: Preview of the AEEE 2024 application form

After submitting all the details, candidates can check the filled-in application form by using the preview option. In case candidates have made any mistakes in the application form, they can get them corrected or edit the data and save them. After checking all the details, candidates can move to the payment page.

Step 7: Payment of application fees

The last step is to pay the application fees. Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.

Candidates must note that no separate form correction window opens for AEEE. Therefore candidates must make any changes to the form before the final submission. However, candidates may correct/modify some of the particular(s) of the application data, prior to the commencement of Seat Allotment. The name of the candidate and their parent’s name in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in the Class 10th Certificate. Prefix/titles such as Mr./Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs./Smt./Col etc., must not be used.

Also keep in mind that, requests for change in date in the form are not accepted through phone/fax/e-mail etc. The candidates are advised not to send hard copies of the online application to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., the acknowledgement page for future reference or correspondence, if any. Additionally, candidates may check the status of their application online on the official website inside their respective logins.

Amrita University launches the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP). This portal is dedicated to candidates applying for admission to BTech courses. This is a common portal for AEEE registration, fee payment, slot booking, admit card download, result announcement and also counselling. On successful registration of AEEE, candidates get login details using which they can access the AOAP for any above-mentioned activities.
