If you choose a media course, then it is a good college. Amrita is one of the highest fee colleges.
Placements: Top MNC companies like Mckinsey, Cognizant and Media House will visit here for placements. Mostly they will hire designers and copywriters or content writers. Mainly IT companies will come for placements, and interested candidates can apply here. Apart from that, if students want to work in any media agency, they don't have many options. We have to figure out outside.
Infrastructure: Canteen food is very bad, and they have a weekly menu. They don't allow any non-vegetarian food or outside foods on the campus. Amrita is a religious college, and we have to follow their custom, no matter we Hindu, Christian or Muslim. Every morning and evening, the hostel accommodates prayer classes.
Faculty: After completing the course, some offers will get the designing industry. Teachers are helpful and qualified, but they are following the same structure. Everyone just comes and teaches their proportion to complete it. If we ask some doubts, then they will reply to it. But teachers do not take any effort to develop students' skills.
Other: Our college doesn't offer any scholarship.

Amrita School of Arts and Science.
Placements: There are a lot of placements from big international companies with the best salary package. The companies like Google, Wipro and many other international companies also came to recruiting the students in this college. If you get a CGPA of above 60%, then for sure you will have a job after the 6th semester.
Infrastructure: In this college, excellent infrastructure with the most advanced technology is provided. AUMS facility is available here so that you have an online server and a database of your own. You are also provided with a computer lab which consists of 5000 PCs, and you have a central library which can which have a collection of more than 50,000 books.
Faculty: State of the art faculty members is provided in this college. They know what they are teaching, and they are excellent in that. Many courses are provided in this college including engineering, B.Com, BCA etc. The faculty members are very cooperative with your studies, and you can ask them any doubt whenever you need.

Basic review of Amrita School of Arts and Science.
Placements: The placements are good, but it was not 100%. To get placed, you could send your interesting company name to college faculty. They may try to arrange the interview for you with those company. Cracking a job in the interview is all in your hand. You could ask any help to the faculty for placements. You can't expect them that they may arrange some big companies to come to your college and have an interview. Its sometimes not possible. During our senior's placements, many companies came, but during ours, there were very few companies that came. Some were different from the last years, so you need to ask them to arrange an interview with your interested company. They would surely help you with it.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are fun. The library is good. The labs are really good with the infrastructure and has a very good Wi-Fi. For designers, it is too good and can utilise everything, but it depends on us, what way we can ask them, then you will get the complete enjoyment of studying in that college. Faculty members are too good if you behave to them nicely, but if you go wrong then they won't even help you with anything, and I would say if that happens then there is no use of staying there and studying further because you may get no credit for it. When I studied, they had Kalamritam and Kayikamritham for more than 3 days, and it was really the great days which non of my batch would forget. I think nowadays it's not as that it was earlier because students might be the reason behind it.
Faculty: The faculty members are strict for bad guys and too good for good guys. In the beginning, they would seem bad for us, but if we try to impress them, then all will be in your hand. The course curriculum was good. We will get to learn every aspect. It is us who have to decide which one to focus on and concentrate on it more and ask the faculty to know more. It is true that faculty are strict for students at this age, but if we try to love them and try to show and give respect to their strictness, then slowly you could easily enjoy the whole year.

Average placements and infrastructure, good faculty.
Placements: All those who opted for placements received an equal and fair opportunity to be placed. Leading companies in various fields including banking, FMCG and many others came for the campus placement. The highest package was around Rs. 4 lacs and the average was around Rs. 2.5 to 3 lacs.
Infrastructure: The campus is very big and well maintained with 2 very big computer labs which help in practicing the practicals. As big as an Olympic-size swimming pool is there. Other sports facilities were also there, which motivated the people for all extra curricular activities. The infrastructure is properly maintained and is in proper working condition.
Faculty: The faculty members are well educated and well equipped to handle sessions. They also give enough support and structure to students. They would give you some projects and assignments to better learn the concepts and whenever you need any help from them you can ask them in personal.

About three years college struggle.
Placements: 75% of students from the course of BBA successfully grabbed an offer from the placement drives conducted in the college. In some of the cases, some students are preferred to do master's. Also, professionally top-rated companies are only invited for the recruitment drives.
Faculty: Teachers handling different subjects with different styles which creates the classroom environment more friendly and not boring. Teachers randomly pick some of the delivered topics and conduct surprise tests to check the students' preparations for examinations, and keep us alert at all times.
Other: College administration doesn't grant any permission for conducting any events within the campus, organizing an event doesn't matter without getting permission from the administration. Admission to the students is based on the counseling process, so students with eligible cutoff scores are only considered for allotting seats.
