The One-Year PGPM : For the Experienced Professionals

If you have two or more years of work experience, you likely don’t want to step away from your career for too long. The PGPM is an intense, one-year sprint designed to get you back into the workforce at a much higher level.

  • Learning by Doing: The program is known for its "Impact Skill Labs." You won’t just read about data, you'll learn how to visualize it and tell a story that convinces a CEO.
  • The Transformation: The Class of 2025 saw an average salary of INR 17.8 lakhs. For many, this was a 2.7x increase over what they were making before joining.

What you need to apply:

  • A minimum of 24 months of full-time work (by April 30, 2026).
  • Valid GMAT, CAT, XAT, or NMAT scores.
  • At least 60% marks from 10th grade through graduation.

The Two-Year PGDM: For Early Professionals

If you are a fresh graduate or have less than three years of experience, the PGDM gives you the time to explore. You might come in thinking you want to do Finance, only to discover a passion for Product Management.

  • Real-World Connections:The mandatory internship is where the classroom meets the real world. You could spend your summer getting hands-on experience at global leaders like Bain or Nestlé, giving you a chance to see if a specific industry or role is truly the right fit for you.
  • Strong Outcomes: The Class of 2025 hit a high CTC of INR 39.8 lakhs, with an average CTC of INR 15 lakhs.

What you need to apply:

  • Between 0 and 36 months of experience (by May 30, 2026).
  • Valid GMAT, CAT, or XAT scores.
  • The same 60% academic consistency across your history.
