B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2027

The college is good, and All India Robotics is also available in our college.
Placements: About 80% of B.Tech students in this course get placed because today is the computer era, and computer skills are in most demand. The lowest package offered by the college is 5 LPA, and the highest package is 10 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, and TCS. Overall, 70% of students get placed.
Infrastructure: The college is okay. Labs are modern, and all robotics labs are available in the college. The hostel is good, and the messy food is also okay. Money-relevant hostel facilities are provided for students. Medical facilities are also available. Students who suffer from any disease are immediately shifted to the hospital.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly with students and always ready to help them. Passing semester exams is not difficult. Studying for one night is enough to pass. The course curriculum is relevant, and special sessions are provided for student development.
Other: The best events and fests are organized every year, such as Shraddhanjali, Fresher Party, Farewell, and Christmas Carnival.

College is ok for a degree but not helpful for placement like Google and Amazon type big MNCs.
Placements: Average placement record till 2019, placement was good. But now-a-days not so good. The highest package of last year was 5 LPA. 40 to 50% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Top role offered is associate software developer.
Infrastructure: Lab is only for show, some PC of lab work and some do not work. College classrooms are like school classrooms not like an engineering college, classroom hostel rooms are 3 seater. Food provided in the mess just like the other mess means it's ok. Two canteens are available at the college.
Faculty: In my opinion, college is unable to provide students industry-relevant knowledge because they focus only on academics, not the CRT classes that students are provided every year. So they get industry-level knowledge only in the 4th year CRT classes will be provided.
Other: Computer is a good option for a career but this course from the best college where industry-relevant knowledge will provide you.

Meet 2nd or 3rd year seniors they give you the best review about the college.
Placements: 30% of students got on-campus placements based on their own skills. The highest salary is 8 LPA. The average salary is 4.5 LPA, and the minimum salary is 3 LPA. Some companies in Jaipur visit our college and recruit some students with an average package mentioned above. 20% of students got internships through college based on their skills. College don't support any placements and internships, students have to get on their own. Top roles offered in my course are software engineer, data analyst, web developer, etc.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is good but hostels are crowded. One room consists of 3 students having fee Rs 90,000. Classrooms are as simple as school. Old software with an old computer which may work or may not. Wi-Fi is available only for teachers, not for students. Some classrooms have projector for presentation. Library is big but all there are old books and students go there to gossip. Hostel room is good having 3 almiras, 1 attached bathroom, 2 fans, 2 LED lights, and 3 plus attached near study tables. Quality of food is not good, and there is a small ground to play games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in curriculum or for syllabus only they don't have any practical knowledge, they focus on theories. Curriculum is not relevant to make students industry-ready because it doesn't consist of any skill-added subjects. Semester exams are moderate. This is a private tier 3 college that buys NAAC A+, you can do anything by giving them money.
Other: I passed 12th and after passing 12th I started searching for college fill form or REAP counseling because of lack of knowledge case me not to get into any college. I came to Jaipur and only this college took admission so I came without thinking and reviewing. Best thing in my course is that you learn to handle pressure. Infrastructure and curriculum should be improved. Some events are with the control of student money, not with college money. College is in Kukas Jaipur which is totally out of the city and there are some other colleges.

The college is good but technical knowledge is less.
Placements: According to student reports and general trends (as official data may vary year-to-year), around 40-55% of students in core engineering courses (like CSE, ECE, etc.) get placed through on-campus drives. The exact percentage may differ based on the branch, individual performance, and company participation in that year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi: Campus and hostels are Wi-Fi enabled. Speed is generally sufficient for study, browsing, and project work, though it can vary during peak hours. Labs: Well-equipped labs for CSE, ECE, ME, CE, and other branches. Labs include Computer Labs, IoT Labs, Networking Labs, Robotics Labs, etc. Labs are regularly updated with modern hardware and licensed software like MATLAB, AutoCAD, and Oracle. Classrooms: Spacious classrooms with projectors and smart boards in some blocks. Seating and ventilation are average to good.
Faculty: Teachers are generally qualified, most hold M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees and have decent subject knowledge.
Some faculty members are highly experienced and go beyond textbooks, helping with projects, competitive coding, and internships.
However, teaching quality can vary depending on the department and individual faculty. Some are excellent, while others are average.
Teachers are approachable and helpful, especially if you show interest in learning or research.

Don't take admission without taking review of the current student studying in that college.
Placements: 20% of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 12 Lakhs, the average is 6 Lakhs, and the lowest is 3 Lakhs. 20% of students got internships from your course. Some companies in Jaipur or startups in Jaipur had 20% of students receiving internships through their skills. Data analysts, web developers, and many roles in B.Tech CS are available if you possess the required skills.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi for personal use, and the labs have old systems. Classrooms are equipped with whiteboards and fans, and some have projectors. The library has a limited selection of books. The hostel rooms fit three people and only have fans; the food quality in the hostel is poor. The canteen is good but expensive. There are no medical facilities on campus, but ambulance service is available to transport you to the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive for exam and theoretical knowledge, and they are somewhat qualified. Some teachers graduated from this college. The teaching quality is good, but we prefer YouTube to study. The syllabus and curriculum are outdated, and they do not prepare us for the industry. University semester exams are moderate.
Other: I attend college out of obligation; when I filled out the REAP counseling form, I did not have information about the college. Faculty members and the curriculum need improvement. Some events, such as the fresher's party, graduation day party, and shradhanjali, are all funded by student money.

Think twice and take a review from a current student of that college in personally.
Placements: Only 20% of students are placed on campus based on their skills with no college support, the highest package is 12 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest is 3 or 4 LPA. There are no top recruiting companies, and some companies from Jaipur come for placements but may or may not give offers. The college does not assist with internships, so 20% of students do internships by buying paid courses, and the college only provides a marksheet, nothing else.
Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi for personal use in the whole college. Labs have old machines, old software, and old computers. Classrooms are good with fans, and whiteboards, and some have projectors. The big library has old books. Hostels have 3-seater rooms with an annual price of 1 lakh rupees. The food quality is worst. The canteen is good but expensive and overcharged. There are no on-campus medical facilities; only one old van as an ambulance is present to drop you off at the hospital. There is no cricket ground, but there are volleyball, basketball, and kabaddi grounds. You have to bring your own balls and badminton equipment to play. No sports facilities.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful but not so qualified, some are from the same college and are knowledgeable according to their subjects with book knowledge. We prefer YouTube to study for exams. The curriculum never makes you industry-ready; it can only help you score good marks. This is a private college, so all work is done through money and power. RTU exams are good, passing marks depend on the highest marks, which is 40% of the highest marks.
Other: It was my biggest mistake to chose this college. There is nothing best in our course. Learn AI to use in your work, then you will be industry-ready. Faculty members, industrial knowledge, and skills should be improved. Some events like freshers' parties, graduation day parties

Be it placement, faculties, campus, or additional facilities, Poornima is better than Arya in every regard. Especially, if you are interested in Computer Science or IT, then Arya doesn't come close to Poornima College.
