B.A. (Hons.) in Hindi - Batch of 2025

Our faculty is supportive, and the campus is well-maintained.
Placements: For the B.A. Hindi 2022-25 batch, 80% of students are placed. The highest package is ₹6 LPA, the lowest is ₹2.5 LPA, and the average is ₹3.8 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. 60% of the students secured internships at companies like HCL and Byju's. The roles offered are content writer, translator, teacher, process associate, and editor.
Infrastructure: Course offers Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and library access. The hostel has clean rooms, 24/7 water, and a common hall. The mess serves average-tasting food, including roti, sabzi, dal, and chawal. Medical aid, a sports ground, and indoor games are also available, along with a canteen that provides snacks and beverages daily..
Faculty: Faculty is helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, using interactive teaching methods. The curriculum is relevant, blending theory with practical skills to ensure students are industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, designed to test conceptual clarity. The pass percentage is around 90%, reflecting good overall academic support.
Other: I chose the B.A. Hindi 2022-25 course out of my passion for literature. The best aspects are its rich syllabus, supportive faculty, and the cultural exposure it provides. The course needs to offer more internships and workshops. The campus hosts fests, debates, and has active clubs. It has good connectivity, a friendly crowd, and scholarships are available. The green surroundings enhance campus life.

An informative journey for life.
Placements: As my field was humanities, we didn't get enough placement opportunities. Apart from that, education quality is good. Although they help their students to master their respective fields, so that they can use the learnings in their upcoming careers.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good. College has lifts and ATM facilities. Classrooms are ventilated. The auditorium is good where they hold seminars, workshops, and other college events. As Arya Mahila PG College is affiliated with BHU, it provides all basic amenities like library and labs for science students.
Faculty: Faculty members are so helpful, well-qualified, and informative. Their teaching quality is excellent. In bachelor's, there are 6 semesters. The ratio is of 70:30, i.e., 70 marks in theory and 30 marks for internal exams, including class tests, attendance, other activities, etc.

A good college but not the best.
Placements: There are a total of 120 students in my course. There weren't any good companies, and there is possibly zero placement. A few students did get some internships, but those are not offered by the college.
Infrastructure: There is a Wi-Fi service specifically for the computer lab. There's a conference hall which is quite good and an auditorium which is even better but with no AC. The library is the best part of the college. Overall, the college campus is too small. There's just a mini garden in the front which is always crowded by students. The classrooms are good in quality. There is no hostel or canteen. The only canteen present belongs to the school behind it.
Faculty: Senior teachers are respectable and very knowledgeable. But the fresh assistant professors here behave like they are here to make friends among the students and then are partial towards them. The semester exams are good and have quality questions. The passing marks are 40 out of 100. Some of the professors are top-notch, and they maintain the dignity of this college.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to do a Ph.D. in the English subject. I wanted to teach English to university students, and the professors here also help in the preparations. The thing I would want to improve is our syllabus. The first two years are quite easy, but they put all the pressure in the third year with new papers and new concepts. I would suggest that they teach the basics in the first year and distribute the major topics throughout the semesters, not just in the third year.

Amazing college but a little bit of an issue with the management .
Placements: My course is just a basic course that does not provide any campus placement. However, other courses do offer campus placements, and if you do any internships, it can also lead to a job with a nice package. The average package provided is very good for freshers.
Infrastructure: The faculty is very nice, and the professors are helpful. The library is well-stocked with books and provides a nice environment to study in. You can enroll in sports if you are interested. The canteen is nice and it is very affordable.
Faculty: The professors are very kind and helpful; they will provide you with the study materials you need. The teachers are very concerned about their students and work to make them ready to face the world. The semester exams are not very tough; if you dedicate time to your studies, you will score very well in the exams.
Other: I'm preparing for government exams, which is why I opted for this course. There are many festivals and cultural events at the college. The fee is very nominal and does not hike every year. There are a lot of extracurricular activities to do, and the campus surroundings are very nice and peaceful.

BHU's affiliated college - Arya mahila post graduation college(you can do better than this trust me)
Placements: If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given that because this college does not have a placement system. They don't even have a placement cell in the college. The college has zero role in this regard. They don't even provide internships, let alone placements. Literally zero exposure.
Infrastructure: So, if you are looking for a college with acres of ground, then this is not the one. It just has one building, a ten-steps-long and wide garden, and a basketball court which is also shared by a girls' school, and that’s it. Wi-Fi doesn’t work here. There are no ACs in the rooms, but apart from that, other facilities are nice. The only thing I like about this college is their water cooler, and they also have a gym for the students.
Faculty: Professors are so unhelpful, but one thing is that they provide study materials at the beginning of the semester. Their teaching methods are quite questionable. The syllabus is also very old-fashioned, with no practical implementation found. However, exams are pretty easy. The exam pattern is internal + theory (30+70).

Good for nerds but average for backbenchers (interested in enjoying the college campus and crowd).
Placements: There are no placements conducted or recruiting companies available for this course, and no such internships are offered to students. Though there are certain roles and leadership positions like vice president and president in the Rotaract Club headed by the Political Science department.
Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, the Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are of top quality. Sports and games are also well promoted and are of an inclusive nature. The mess food quality is good, but food choices are limited. The hostels are not available in the college. Medical facilities are good to go and properly given. The college is made differently able friendly, with lifts being provided.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely helpful and concerned about students' problems. They care for us like our own guardians, and there is no ragging on the college campus. The teaching experience is outstanding, and their ways always keep students interested. Semester exams are moderate to tough, mostly questions are based on previous year's question papers.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest, and I also noticed the excellent faculty, which also integrated me. Events and fests are limited, and the campus crowd is mostly nerdy. There is no ragging, and extracurricular activities are good.
