It is a decent college with decent staff members.

Placements: Almost 20% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered ranges between Rs. 72,000 per annum to 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Sutherland, Byju's, etc., visit our college for placements. Top roles, like an electrical engineer, control engineer, design engineer, customer relations officer, etc., are offered to the students. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was Rs. 72,000 per annum. Many students got an internship in companies like Ahalia Campus, Malabar Cements, etc.

Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like classrooms, departmental labs and computer lab. Facilities available to the students are not bad. The college does not provide Wi-Fi facility. Quality of the hostel is not bad. Food served in the canteen was decent. It provides 24x7 medical care in nearby hospitals with good doctors.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful and M.Tech qualified. Lab staffs members are diploma qualified with a polite attitude. Some teachers conduct classes very interestingly. But some teachers conduct classes very poorly, which makes engineering students difficult to study. The course curriculum was relevant. It provides necessary industrial visits, which makes students more capable of hand-on experience.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am weak in computer knowledge and drawing skills. The course would be better if it provides a one-year compulsory internship. Campus surroundings are good. Yearly fests and exhibitions are conducted at our college. Scholarships are also available for the students.

Nice college and good environment to build yourself.

Placements: Almost 30-40% were placed. Salary range was Rs6000 - Rs30000. Not many core companies approached us. Byju's, Accents,3G, Sutherland were some of the companies we got offers from. Customer Support, Tech Support, educational counsellors, marketing, content creator, social media marketing etc were the roles offered. Packages around 8k CTC to 30k CTC. Many got internship and apprenticeship in ITI, KSEBL, FRCI etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very decent. We had a library, playground, Labs, and almost all the facilities except Wi-Fi. The food in the canteen is also appreciable. And we have hospital facilities nearby. It's a nice campus to bring out your talents and aspirations.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful up to a certain amount. The quality depends on the teachers themselves. Some of them had a genuine heart for teaching some of them don't. The syllabus is very much relevant. Calicut University gets the credit for that. We also had to do social service in between studies.

Other: Electrical engineering is my passion. Also, I am currently working in KSEBL. It's a nice course to consider if you are ready to face new problems and find solutions for it. Practical sessions are to be included in my opinion to get more knowledge. We had tech fests and events to bring fun into learning.
