Success Rate of Placement Cell for B.A. Students at AAFT

The success rate of the placement cell at AAFT for Bachelor's degree students is mixed. While the placement cell claims to secure jobs for all interested students, the reality appears to be different. According to some students' reviews:

* All students who are genuinely interested in getting placed receive 100% placement assistance.
* The placement cell conducts many interviews with reputed media houses, trying to place every student in reputed firms.
* Some students have received job offers in renowned organizations, such as ABP Network, with decent salaries ranging from INR5 Lacs Per Annum (LPA) to INR6 LPA.

However, others have reported that the placement cell faces challenges in placing all students, especially in certain courses where the demand is lower. One student mentioned that the placement numbers are "below average" in some courses, indicating that not all students may find employment immediately after graduation.

Despite these limitations, the placement cell seems to make a sincere effort to assist students in finding suitable jobs. With continuous improvement initiatives, the placement cell aims to enhance its services and increase the success rate over time.

On the official website of AAFT, there is no mention of sholarships. However, AAFT Noida offers various discount and loan facilities. In the past, AAFT has provided a few international scholarships to its students in association with the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry to its students. A ULCA scholarship was also bagged by students at AAFT.

The AAFT Placement Cell facilitates placements and workshops in the fields of Media and Entertainment, Fashion, Animation, Performing Arts, Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, etc., nurtured at this institute. According to the official website, over 2,000 hiring partners have been part of AAFT placements, and the institute has achieved a 95% placement rate in past recruitment drives.
