B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2022
2.4
It is the worst college with no infrastructure at all.
Placements: None got placed in the civil department and other departments have done placement we don't know the results, it's not like a college. I don't recommend this college. Placements are not available. Don't come, don't consider our college please it is the worst college.
Infrastructure: We don't have Wi-Fi, not proper lavs workshops are not proper and we don't have a hostel, not proper fans and air conditioning too. I have my college we don't have the proper infrastructure we hate our college Please don't come to this college. They don't care for students.
Faculty: Around 40% of people pass out with supplies each year no help will be given from the college faculty side They only consider attention and if a fee is not paid they make a big thing They are only focused on fees than education with such an attitude it's is the worst college Don't consider recommending my college.
Other: There is no replacement of my course by computers mostly manpower is required in the civil engineering field.

Aroura Institute of Technology and Research.
Placements: Placements are not conducted on the campus, but off-campus drives are coming forward, and opportunities are less. None of the well-reputed MNCs approach the college. No one is ready to take an interview or placement in the campus of Aroura Institute of Research and Technology.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure of the college are not good in any department. Wi-Fi and network connection is also bad, and the library is also not quite good. The quality of the hostel is also not good. Facilities provided in hostels and the canteen are not available in the college.
Faculty: The teachers were not helpful. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable but the teaching quality is not good. The course curriculum is relevant but it doesn't make the students ready for the industry. The semester exams are tough in this college and the pass percent is 30%.
Other: Don't join this college.

Overall, it is an average college.
Placements: Only 10% of students from our course get selected. Companies like TCS and Tech Mahindra visit our college for students. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 3.5-4.5 LPA. The placement training is provided. Placements are offered only for CSE and IT courses and not for other cources. It has poor management, and no companies are introduced to the students.
Infrastructure: Labs are average. There is no canteen. The hostel facility is available in the college. Proper books are not available in the library.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good. The pass percentage is 32% only. Practical knowledge is not provided for the students. Courses are not provided for placements, and they need to improve that.
Other: Events are not conducted here. Our college has to improve its facilities.

The college is good only for average students.
Placements: In our college, very few students are placed from all groups. But in each group, two to three students get placement. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was3.5 LPA, in the previous year. Around 50 students got placed from over all the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is average. The college provides no hostel facility. Labs are average, and there is only some laboratory material. There is a Jio Wi-Fi with 100 MB per day. Classrooms and benches are good. The library is good, and we can issue any book to read it.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college have poor knowledge of the subject, and they are the worst. They have books from senior students and explain those old things only. A few teachers are average, and some are the worst at subject teaching they didn't know basic subject to explain.
Other: I opted for the course because I want to become a civil engineer. I want to learn many other courses outside the college like CAT, etc.

I am satisfied because of good faculty members and placements.
Placements: I am from civil engineering and got pass out in the year 2018. About 20% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. Top recruiting companies do not visit our college for placements. Top roles are not offered to the students. The highest salary offered in our course was Rs. 20,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. About 50% of the students from our course got an internship.
Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, library and classrooms. The library and classrooms are peaceful. Labs are also good. The college does not provide hostel facility. Medical facilities are good. It provides a huge ground. Sports and games facilities are good.
Faculty: Some teachers available in our college are knowledgeable and helpful. Their teaching skills are good, but other teachers are not good. This course is a core course, so we can gain some knowledge about the course. But outside practical knowledge is very important and we have to gain technical skills also.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like my course. Practical knowledge is very important, so I wish the college should provide every lab. Events and fests organised by the college are good.

There are no placements for the civil engineering branch.
Placements: I am a civil branch student. In our batch, there are 44 members in which 27 members got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month. Top recruiting companies of our college were Genco, IBM and Infosys. Top roles offered to the students were site engineer, structural engineer and safety engineer. In our course, the highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Almost 12 members got an internship.
Infrastructure: Our branch has all labs like an aggregate crushing machine and cement testing machine. Our college doesn't have hostel facility. Canteen is average, and medical facilities are also average. For sports, they provide games like kabaddi, chess, kho-kho, cricket, etc.
Faculty: Faculty members were good, but they don't give sufficient internal marks if we write the correct answer. They will clear our doubts. Their qualification is B.Tech, M.Tech, but only HOD is a PhD holder. Teaching quality is not that bad. They are pursuing M.Tech and PhD at the same time of teaching. They show gender differences at the time of giving marks.
Other: I have chosen civil engineering course because it has much scope in all over the world. It has subjects which provide site knowledge through which we can work in any of the industry.

Dissatisfied because of the faculty and the worst labs.
Placements: There are no college placements for civil engineering students. My friends and seniors are placed in IT companies but not in civil companies. The lowest salary package offered in our course is 2.2 LPA. Civil site engineer role offered in our course. There are many other roles like designers, structural engineers, etc.
Infrastructure: We don't have a particular classroom. Every month, they change our classroom from here to there. In labs, every equipment is provided. I didn't stay in the college hostel, so I don't have much knowledge about it. Our college building will go on constructing for years and years, but it doesn't have a big change.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good enough to convey their knowledge and the rest of them not suitable to teach. A lot of experienced faculty won't see in our college. Teaching quality is not that good in our course. I don't prefer our college for this course.
Other: I am interested in civil engineering and improvement has done in everything, i.e., faculty, labs, infrastructure, etc. Regarding events and fests, it is waste of money and poor management.

Very good infrastructure and faculty. Dissatisfied about the placements.
Placements: The placements were only for non-technical and software based. Only 10-15% of the students are placed, remaining are suffering. For civil and mechanical branch no core based placements. All drives are of software and non-technical which leads to the main backdrop of college. Beyond placements the environment in the college is good.
Infrastructure: The faculty are kind, supportive and gives good guidelines. The teachers do an explanation of every doubt. The labs were very good with functioning instruments. Good experience in the lab. Good and friendly nature of faculty members removes all fear in us and makes yourself strong and revise every topic.
Faculty: The faculty are good, friendly and hyperactive with good knowledge. They also got their graduation from good universities. The faculty help every student in each of their problems for overcoming it. They teach everything with detailed information and also teaches the additional and updated information too.
Other: Every year we have events and fests. The sports and cultural events are conducted on the campus. We have special clubs for singing, dancing & sports.
