Great college environment with engaging study.

Placements: 100% of students who attended placement interviews got placed from my course. 14 LPA is the highest package, 3.5 LPA is the lowest, and 6 LPA is the average. TCS, Zoho, and Wipro are the recruiting companies. 80% of students got internships in above companies. Roles offered are developer, tester, and analyst.

Infrastructure: There are separate labs with new model PCs and Wi-Fi connection. The classrooms are clean and spacious. The library has a warm and good environment to enhance knowledge. The hostel facility is great. The quality of food is good in mess as well as in canteen.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and as well as friendly with students. The teaching quality is great. The course curriculum is relevant as it has recent trends for making students industry-ready. The college conducts a method by allocating 5 days for each subject one my before the examination.

Other: This is the value-to-money course. Just more practical experience should be provided. All events and fests are conducted. Scholarships are available for merit students and SC/ST students.

Life at AVSEC and the life of an engineering student.

Placements: 90% were placed in the AVS engineering college. The highest salary package is 10 LPA and the lowest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCL. The internship was not offered. Many of the average-level companies are recruiting at this college.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite poor. There are many clubs and activities in this college. There are gyms, a canteen, library. There are many sports like hockey, cricket, kabaddi, etc. The hostel is provided for both boys and girls separately. The boys' hostel is quite poor.

Faculty: The teachers are teaching at the average level. We have to study on our own. We have to understand it. Our college is affiliated with Anna University. So it is quite hard to finish it. Some of the teachers are very friendly but others of them were strict.

Other: There are some events provided by this college like regatta, and pongal celebration. This college provides scholarships for students who have taken above the 180 cut-off.

Dissatisfied with the college management.

Placements: 1. 70 percent of students are placed in the college. 2. 1.5 lakhs is the highest package and 20 thousand is the lowest package offered. 3. There are 7 companies for the computer science group. 4. 70 and 75 percent of students got internships in companies. 5. Chief executive officer, chief operation officer, chief financial officer, etc. are the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: 1. Wi-Fi is not available, lab facilities are average, classrooms are the worst, and libraries are not there. 2. Hostel food quality and quantity are the worst in the college; medical facilities are not available in the college; sports and games are the only best achievements of the college.

Faculty: 1. Teachers are helpful to the study and extra knowledge taught in class hour. 2. Practical learning, skill development, industry collaboration, global perspective, emerging fields, and technology are there. 3.75% is the pass percentage in all subjects.

Placements: AVS Engineering College placement is good. This college conducts more placement interviews every year. This college placement training team brought more reputed companies for campus interviews. Hyundai, Tata Motors, Tech Mahindra, IBM, Accenture, OLA, and these companies visit this college campus for interviews. The highest salary package is 8 LPA and the lowest salary package is 3 LPA. Ninety-five percent of students are placed in good companies.

Infrastructure: AVS Engineering College is one of the biggest infrastructure facilities colleges. This college has excellent laboratories and library facilities. Good classrooms and sports ground facilities are here in this college. This college has good hostels for boys and girls. Hostel food tastes good. It is overall good with experienced faculty members and huge placement opportunities.

Placements: Our college brought 10 to 13 companies for the campus interview, which was helpful for us. Seniors also got placed in well-reputed companies. Some of them went off-campus and were placed in IT companies with great salary packages. Companies like Infosys, TCS, CSS Corp, IBM, etc., came for recruitment.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are normal and pretty comfortable. Wi-Fi facilities are provided if you get permission from the HOD. The labs are very useful for us, and if there are any difficulties, we can report them, and they will rectify it. The library is normal as everywhere; for sports, they give equal importance to academics, and they also allocate game periods for the students.

Faculty: The teachers are very friendly. They help us in every subject, so I was able to clear my semester exams. They are well-qualified, with M.E and PhDs. They are knowledgeable and good at clearing our doubts. They use PPTs, smart classes, and are skilled in problem-solving. Every year, they conduct college cultural events.

Other: Computer Science and Engineering is a secure career with a bright, long-term future.
