BESC is the best, as with the slogan of the college, it's true.

Placements: Placements are average, as only with a B.Com degree can you expect a good offer on the side. But the faculty also provides many internships and real-life experience activities, which help a student to develop new skills and experience for the future and build an impact on others.

Infrastructure: Best infrastructure and hospitality according to a college. The campus size is average, but its environment is superb. There's no hostel in the college, but the nearby PGS are the best option. You can contact me for that, and I have visited too many Pgs.

Faculty: Calcutta University lags much in conducting semester exams. They take too much time. Every year, they start the semester on time. But the 1st semester itself takes 8-9 months for the exams. Hence, all the semesters get disturbed and delayed. There are no internals/Mid-semester in B.Com at this college.

Other: If you want to enjoy your college life in fests and events, it's just superb, and attendance is also not mandatory for B.Com.

Faculty members are good and they help you throughout your whole semester.

Placements: 90% of students got placed in my course. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA offered in my course. Top companies are MNCs. 70-80% of students got internships from Deloitte and TCS. Top roles offered by these companies are sales manager, HR, and many more.

Infrastructure: Facilities are good. Labs and classrooms are provided. There is a huge library at the college, and all the books are available according to the courses. Other than this, it offers a wide range of reading books like novels. College doesn't provide any hostel facilities. It has a canteen which feels like a cafe, and it provides good quality food.

Faculty: Teachers are extremely good, they help every student from the start. Mostly they are CA or CS professionals. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the industry ready as it provides some practical knowledge for IT subjects. Semester exams are moderate. The passing percentage is 50%.

Other: I was having commerce as a stream in school, and was interested in accounts so I chose this course. It gives a basic knowledge of all the other subjects. To provide practical knowledge of the subjects that are taught.

Absolutely one of the best colleges you would ever see and study in.

Placements: In our college, 20-25% of students received a good placement with a minimum package of 10 LPA. They got placements in companies like PWC, Deloitte, etc. Almost 30-35% of students got internships in these companies. The highest package offered by this college is 25 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best facilities and infrastructure, like a huge library with centralized AC classrooms, having ACs a sports arena where students can play in their free time, a big turf for sports play, and a huge canteen for students to eat. The quality of food in our college is very good, including almost all items that students eat for breakfast.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and learned. They are well educated and capable of teaching even a the worst student in studies. Semester exams in our college are a bit hard and a bit easy, also to help improve students in their studies and make their future-based studies better.

Other: I chose this college because of the studies it motivates sports, and the college's managers are very good and one of the best.

It is satisfying and everyone can take admission easily.

Placements: The college provides good placement opportunities to its students. Many companies visit the college to offer placements for students. About 70-80% of students get placed. The college also provides internships, and students can easily get internships.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good and big. All classrooms are fully air-conditioned. The quality of the food which is available in the canteen is of high quality. The college has its own turf inside the campus and also indoor sports where all types of sports materials are available.

Faculty: The college teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Generally, most of them are highly qualified and hold a post of CA or CS. The B.Com (Hons) course curriculum is very helpful for students to grow their financial knowledge. The college exams are of medium difficulty level.

Other: The college has a full package of extracurricular activities.. There are a bunch of fests and events. One of the best fests in Kolkata is held by this college named Umang.

Placements: The college provides various internship opportunities to students as early as the first semester. There is a special collective student to ensure that placements in top companies are available to students in college. The college partners with many big companies like Cognizant, Wipro, and many others to provide internships. Please note that these internships are non-monetary.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of BESC Kolkata is also good. The campus is huge, I mean really huge. There is a turf, sports arena, huge library, canteen, labs, and more. All classrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 halls. The library is very big, with over 30,000 books, which can be borrowed for a month and reissued as well. The canteen is also good. There is a sports arena where we play chess, art, pool, table tennis, etc. There is a pool table as well. There is an outdoor turf where we play basketball mostly. Security is top-notch.

Faculty: Faculty is equally amazing. All teachers are well-experienced, and most of them are renowned professors. They teach using smart boards, presentations, etc. Faculty members are really helpful. Their methods of teaching are very good for students to understand. If you come up to them with a doubt, they are always ready to clear it with the same spirit. They are willing to help us in every way possible. There are many professionals (CAs, CS, MBAs) who not only help with B.Com but also provide guidance if you want to pursue any professional course in the future.

Other: My campus life at BESC Kolkata is amazing. There are many clubs for economics, dance, stock market, music, arts, finance, and more. I am a part of the stock market club (called Bulls Eye), the fitness club (called Power Hour), the music club (called Crescendo), the skill-sharing club (called Student Sharing Skills), and the social activity club. There are frequent activities and events in every club. There is an annual fest called Umang, which is a weeklong fest.

The college is good and well-maintained.

Placements: Top recruiting companies are KPMG and EY. Roles were offered mostly to the BBA and the B.Com students. More than 60% of students got placed by the in-campus placement. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered ranges between 5 LPA - 6 LPA.

Infrastructure: We have classrooms and labs. The library is one of the best place to study in. There is a sports room which consists of numerous indoor games. Students play outdoor games. Competitions are held in our college.

Faculty: Our faculty members are helpful. The curriculum makes the students ready. They give exposure to the students by providing internships during the course so that the students gain some practical knowledge and can figure out in which field are they interested. It is the best fit for the corporate world.

If you've studied the Science stream in Class 12 and wish to pursue B.Com (Hons) at Bhawanipur Education Society College, it is possible.
