Bachelor of Business Administration - Batch of 2026

It's worth the fee, and also very good college for commerce.
Placements: Maybe 60-70% of students are placed in our course which is bachelors of business administration. The lowest package is maybe 2 LPA, and the highest is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zomato, BP, Deutsche Bank, etc. From BBA, 80% of the students got internships as it was part of our OJT.
Infrastructure: We have a basic and old infrastructure. We have classrooms, library, basketball court, and also ground. There is Wi-Fi but it never works, and even we don't even get network in our classrooms. But besides this, everything is good I guess so in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and also qualified. Curriculum and other activities help us a lot. Exams are not much difficult if we study from time to time, it's easy. As a student, I can say I have learn many new things and also gained exposure to the real-life corporate world through the internship program and activities.

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2025

It is really good and nice.
Placements: In my batch, around 70-80% of students were placed. The highest package was about 10-12 LPA, the lowest around 3 LPA, and the average was 5-6 LPA. Top recruiters included companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, and Cognizant. About 60-70% students secured internships in firms such as TCS, startups, and local IT companies. The top roles offered were Software Developer, Frontend/Backend Developer, Data Analyst, and System Engineer.
Infrastructure: Hostel campuses provide a safe and vibrant environment for boys and girls, offering amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi, filtered water, spacious study rooms, libraries, and round-the-clock CCTV security. Students enjoy hygienic mess food, well-maintained rooms, and access to sports grounds for play and recreation.
Faculty: The teachers are generally helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, ensuring good teaching quality. The course curriculum is relevant and designed to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, with a decent pass percentage, and reflect a fair evaluation.
Other: Festivals are enthusiastically celebrated, fostering a sense of community and cultural engagement.

Good infrastructure, average faculty, not too good placements, and less events.
Placements: Nearly 200 students were placed in BBA. Not sure about rest because I am in my 2nd year. There are many internships by well-known companies but you have to work for them without expecting any returns from any company. I think 10 to 15% of students who were toppers got their internships.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good, such as classrooms are very fresh and mild, labs are also good, there is no availability of Wi-Fi as such, and there is no network when you attend lectures in classrooms, or hall or any lab. I must say the canteen is the worst you have ever seen. The food is okay. Ambience is the worst. No sitting place for more than 15-20 students.
Faculty: Some teachers are too good, especially Pathak Sir, who is very helpful and friendly. Some subjects might feel out of field but overall good subjects. Exams are really tough if you don't study like me; you have to study at least 2-4 days per subject. Exams are also conducted very strictly. Yes, attendance is compulsory.
Other: Teachers would upgrade there teaching as new generation students are not that capable of grasping things easily. They need time and some attention. Events are also okay. There are only 2 events in the whole year.

BMCC -More than just college .
Placements: Mostly, the placement depends on whether the college students fill up the placement form or not. Around 90% of the students get hired in companies. The companies that come here for placements are mostly MNCs like Deloitte, HDFC, Infosys, etc. The average salary is 5-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, with an old aesthetic campus and a library that contains a lot of books. It also has facilities like Wi-Fi, a computer lab, digital classrooms, a gym, and many more. Talking about the college hostel, it is well maintained. My friends live there, and the cost is around 85K. The hostel food is pretty good.
Faculty: As it is an autonomous college, the syllabus is set by the teachers themselves. The teachers are very experienced and highly professional. Since I am studying Fintech, according to me, it is perfect for students who are interested in finance and technology.
Other: From the beginning, I was interested in finance, so I got to know about this course. The best thing is that you get plenty of knowledge from the college itself, and you do not have to pay any fees for anything else because the curriculum itself is the best.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2026

It has great infrastructure, facilities, and an amazing crowd.
Placements: More than 60% of students get placed for internships during our second year which just ended and the third year is going to start now. I do not have any ideas about the packages which are offered to everyone. Top companies like Deloitte, Alliance Bernstein, etc., visit the college for placements and internships. Seniors did talk about getting good opportunities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really great. Our college has a huge ground for sports and activities. There is a computer lab in the B.Com building, 2 libraries, and 2 labs in the BBA building too. The hostel is great and there's a big practice room for the cultural club that's separate from the other buildings. There's a basketball court, auditorium, canteen, and other buildings for other departments.
Faculty: Teachers are really great, qualified, helpful, and pretty pathetic towards students. I had a great experience with the faculty members. The course curriculum is up to date and our college had implemented the NEP policy before most of the other colleges that I knew. Semester exams are actually pretty good and not that hard. However, if we study properly for it and understand the concept, it is really easy if we attend the lectures or if we focus on them during self-study time. We need to get 20% out of 100% to pass exams.
Other: I chose the course because I am interested in learning more about marketing and internships. This course really helped me, and the content is really easy to understand too. There are really great events like Astitva, Anubhuti, Emerge, and Troika, which are really great for increasing our network. It is really great and we get to enjoy it a lot.

Review of Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune.
Placements: The college offers various placements in companies like Zomato, Reliance Retail, Deloitte, etc. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA-5 LPA and the highest salary package offered in 2023 was 12 LPA. Students secured plenty of internships. B.Com course has 600 seats, and admission depends upon the merit list.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The college building is made of old age stone, surrounded by trees. There's a lot of greenery in the area. The quality of food in canteen is average, and our college provides a lot of facilities to students like library and free Wi-Fi. Gymkhana is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and well-qualified. They provide quality education. B.Com degree has 2 semesters and the difficult level is very high of the exam. Pass percentage is average. The important thing to keep in mind is the college starts at 07:30 AM for B.com students.
