I am satisfied with the college that has good laboratory and great faculty members.

Placements: About 100% of students were placed. The highest salary offered is Rs.7500 per month and the average salary offered is Rs.2500 per month. The top recruiters are LVPEI and Eye Q Hospital. About 100% of students got internships in different companies including Eye Q, ASG Hospital, and Dr. Sashrut Hospital. A clinical optometrist is the top role offered.

Infrastructure: The classes and laboratory are good in our college. The laboratory has a lot of equipment which we use for practicing. I think the optometry laboratory is one of the best. If not, the best in colleges in Orissa. The Wi-Fi is also good. The hostels are below average. The food is below average. Sports and games are available and different fields are available on campus. For medical facilities, we have a community diagnostic center.

Faculty: The teachers in our college are well qualified and are always willing to help. The teaching is good. The curriculum is relevant to today's optometry requirement since they use the latest optometry curriculum. The exams are quite difficult but if you are well prepared, you will pass the exam. I am not sure about the pass percentage. It may be 65-80%.

Other: Optometry is an amazing course that will help us offer treatment and prevent avoidable blindness. I want to correct refractive errors and provide treatment for people in rural areas.

Very good choice of college.

Placements: Around 70% of the students were placed. Top companies were Lenskart, L. V Prasad Eye Hospital, etc. All the students got internships. The highest package was 6 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. The students can be a specialist like low vision specialists, sports vision specialists, etc.

Infrastructure: The labs are well furnished and the Wi-Fi facility is available 24/7. The labs have a central air conditioner. The hostels are also clean and the quality of food is also good. The sports complex is also present. Medical facilities are available 24/7. Different sports events are also organised by our college.

Faculty: The faculty members are also very much qualified and they teach very well. The course structure is also good covering all important topics. The semester exams are really tough and the passing percentage is 40%. The teaching staffs are very helpful. The students become industry ready as they pass out from this college.

Other: This course has many different job opportunities in the future and also business opportunities. The food in the mesh could be better. Every year a cultural fest occurs in the college named Gajajyoti which the students enjoy very much.

Overall, the campus is good, and the management is also good, and all the facilities are available.

Placements: There are no placements in B.Sc. optometry, but you can do an internship at the best place according to your CGPA. You can also join the best hospital or private clinic. There are many different courses, and placements are available according to your course.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and hostel facilities are good. The quality of food available in the mess is good. All the facilities like library, cafeteria, smart class, canteen, medical facilities, playground, multigym, and multiple games like indoor and outdoor games are available.

Faculty: All the faculty members and management of the college are good. In fact, the faculty are very helpful, friendly and well-educated. Their teaching quality and experience are good. Smart classrooms and labs are available according to your course.

Other: There are many events, fests and extracurricular activities.

I am satisfied with faculty members, overwhelming teachings and very good placements.

Placements: Almost 70-80% of the students got placements after the course completion. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. The top recruiting company for the optometry course is Lenskart. Approximately all the students got internships at ASG, Apollo, Ruby, Sankara, Purnima, Vision Care, etc. Top roles offered to the students are optometrist, associate professor, etc.

Infrastructure: The optometry lab is the finest and the cleanest in the university. There is a single classroom, 10-15 labs with eye instruments, a Wi-Fi connection for 24x7 and a well-furnished library. Food quality is average, but nowadays, the mess people make good food. Medical facilities and sports and games are at their best.

Faculty: Faculty members are the most knowledgeable in the university. The quality of teaching is at its best. New faculty members also joined who are PhD holders, and they make their experience better. The course curriculum is relevant. There are a total of 6 exams in a year. Semester exams are easy if you read and understand properly, and the pass percentage is 80%.
