In the field of IT, CGC Landran offers a three-year full-time BCA course at the UG level in affiliation with I.K. Gujral Punjab Technical University. It has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Minimum a student requires 80% in each semester without any error to sit in placement drives. The highest package of our course is 30 LPA. Many companies come to our college during placement drives like Google, Microsoft, and even some international companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides many facilities. Classrooms are neat, clean and well-sanitized. It provides labs for our practical knowledge. Wi-Fi is available for better network connection. In our college, we have a different library within each department, and that contains books related to the course.
Faculty: Teachers at our college are really highly qualified and have so much knowledge about the subject except academic knowledge. Teachers are very friendly and very helpful. Semester exams are easy and sometimes a little bit tough. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose BCA because it is a very nice course. It has much better job opportunities rather than some courses that I have not chosen. There are many activities in our college and many events. The main event is Parivartan in which huge celebrities come for their live performance.

Excellent infrastructure, good placement, and lots of memories.
Placements: 95% of students got placed and are deeply dedicated. Accenture and Amazon are the top recruiting companies. The highest package offered is 25 LPA and the lowest is 8 LPA in BCA. 95% of students got internships. Roles offered are web developer, machine learning, and other sales jobs.
Infrastructure: Excellent facilities and infrastructure are available at CGC Landran. One of the standout features is 24-hour free Wi-Fi and the laboratories are well-furnished. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. Another highlight is well-stocked and state of art library.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and guide every student, are qualified, and are very knowledgeable. Course curriculum is irrelevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are very competitive level and every student does their best to pass the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I want to explore the tech field. The best thing about my course is I learn many new things. There is no improvement required. Events are fabulous, connectivity is easy, and scholarships are available.

The placements here have been excellent in all the courses.
Placements: Well, I am currently pursuing BCA from this college. The placements have been good overall. The highest package offered in my course was 7 LPA from the last batch. The lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA in my course. About 55% of students are placed.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided in my course department are very good. They provide you library for having books for your course. The infrastructure is good in the department. Classes are well-maintained. The seats are comfortable. Wi-Fi facilities are there. Proper labs and updated PCs are provided. The facilities at my hostel are also very good. The food is good. Medical facilities are also provided at the dispensary. There are canteens as well on my college campus. There are trainers for sports like cricket, volleyball, kabaddi, and basketball. Proper grounds are there for these sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in my department. The teaching faculty members are qualified. All are knowledgeable, and they are from top NITs. Their teaching is very good. Also, the course makes you industry-ready as well. The college provides you with training and internships to be industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate level. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: The campus crowd is very good. Students come from all over the country. The fests and events are taking place every month here. The market is available outside the campus. The top artists and singers also come for shows here.

Good campus life with excellent infrastructure.
Placements: I am currently completing my first year so I have not yet experienced the placement cell. But I have taken reviews of many seniors who have gotten placed. According to them, I have learned that placements totally depend on your performance. You are not guaranteed to get placed if you have low performance, like low attendance or low scores in different semesters. Also, internships are given to mostly engineering students, but there are indeed some opportunities for BCA, BBA, and B.Sc students as well.
Infrastructure: The overall infrastructure of college is good. It is big and contains 12 departments, each with its own separate building. The classrooms are also big and large enough for 60–70 students per class. I have not yet experienced any washrooms or classroom problem. Lifts are installed in every department. There are also many canteens and restaurants inside the campus like nescafe, sip n bite, eat n treat, etc. The faculty is decent, with friendly teachers and overall good interactions.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are good. Most are postgraduates, and some experienced teachers are Ph.D. holders. I have not experienced any kind of study-related problem with the faculty yet. As for the curriculum, the whole course is settled around developing programming skills in students and is relevant enough. Semester exams are not very difficult if you have studied enough.
Other: I would like to mention campus life, which is the major interest of most college students. The campus life at CGC Landran is very good. Various events and festivals can be seen throughout the year. Parivartan is the most famous fest of the CGC. It includes 2 days of enjoyment and many fun activities, including a star night where various singers perform.

My college is very good.
Placements: 80 to 85% students were placed from my course. The highest package offered in my course is 15 to 20 LPA, lowest is 3 LPA and average is 5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, cognizant, TCS, Big-o-Notation, CS soft solution, etc. Almost 95 percent students got internship from my course in Think Next Techlive, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available but only for uses of study purpose and in the labs, all the computers are working very good. The library is very peaceful place for studies after class. I was frequent to the library for peace and studies. All the types of books are available according to the courses.
The quality of facilities is very good in my hostel. The quality of food available in the mess is also very good. Medical facilities are available for 24/7. All the types of sports are available like cricket, volleyball, chess, table tennis, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. Some teachers are graduate, post graduate and also PhDs. Exams sometimes are difficult but if you have studied properly then you can't face any difficulties in exams. You will need 33% to pass in exams.
Other: I chose this course because before admission to this college, I had interested in programming languages. Many events are organised in my college. The campus is crowded only on exam days. Scholarship is also available for every type of student. Extracurricular activities are organised in my college.

Satisfied with curriculum and good placements.
Placements: Average placement of this college in Bachelor of computer application (BCA). Mainly students got placed in CSE or IT department. And the highest package of CSE students is 45 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA. BCA student's placement is average. The highest package of BCA is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very well defined. It's classrooms is very big, labs are also available. Our hostels are also good but Wi-Fi is very bad in hostels. Mess are also present in each hostels. Hostels are neat and clean and all are good. Total 6 hostels are present.
Faculty: Teachers are well educated and helpful, doubt are all solved in all students. Really teaching quality is good. Also course curriculum is relevent. Semester exam is sometimes difficult but when yur dount is clear then exam will be qualified. Almost all students are pass.
Other: This is a ragging free campus. There is no ragging anywhere and seniors are also good and helpful.
