B.Tech. in Information Technology - Batch of 2029
4.2
No complaint on placements, but there is an increasing in competition.
Placements: 70 percent is an average percentage for students’ placements. I think the highest package offered is 12 LPA and the lowest is 4LPA (approximately). TCS, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, and Cisco are the top recruiters. Internship is a mandatory programme this year, so I think almost all the students got it. A company is not fixed, we can go wherever we want. Developer, HR, etc., are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: There is no complaint about infrastructure and faculty members. Personally, I think there is no problem, and it is good. Wi-Fi is medium, and labs are good with better accessories. Classrooms and library are also good. There is no complaint on that. The quality of food is much good and I have no complaints on that too.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, well-certified, and qualified. They have a lot of knowledge about their domain. Teaching quality is also good. The curriculum is relevant, and it does make students industry-ready. But there should be efforts from both sides. From this year, our batch has the NEP - National Education Policy, so the difficulty level of exams has increased a little.
Other: There are many events and extracurricular activities. So it will be fun too.

Strong placements, supportive faculty, and vibrant campus life.
Placements: I am part of the Computer Engineering batch of 2024 to 2025. Around 85 to 90% students are placed with the highest package of 15 LPA, the lowest 3 LPA, and the average 6 to 7 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Accenture, and Capgemini. About 70% got internships in Deloitte, Cognizant, and HCL with roles like Software Engineer, Developer, and Analyst.
Infrastructure: The department has modern labs, Wi-Fi, smart classrooms, and a digital library. Hostels are clean and comfortable, food in the mess/canteen is hygienic, and medical support is available on campus. Students also enjoy sports grounds, indoor games, and a gym for recreation.
Faculty: The faculty are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, providing strong teaching support. The curriculum is industry relevant, making students job ready. Semester exams are moderately difficult, focused on concepts, and the pass percentage is high with regular preparation.
Other: I chose Computer Engineering for its career opportunities and technical growth. The best parts were faculty support, practical learning, and placement opportunities. Improvements could be made in internship exposure and advanced lab tools. The campus has festivals, cultural events, scholarships, sports, extracurricular activities, and good connectivity, making student life vibrant.

Overall, the college is good and worth it for studies in the computer fields.
Placements: There are around 70-80% students placed in the college, and there are many companies that visit the college during the placement time, like MG Motors, TCS, and many more. Overall, highest package is 12 LPA and average is about 6-7 LPA according to the 2025 data.
Infrastructure: Facilities of the college are very nice. All the computers and labs are very well maintained, and all the labs have the technology. Hostel is also very good, food is available, and it is provided 3 times a day. There is a table tennis table, so we can also play indoor sports.
Faculty: Exams are very strict, and the paper is all kinds of tough. We really need to prepare for the exams, and the teachers are very helpful and supportive in all manner. Pass percentage is 36%, 18% in internal, and 18% in external, so the overall experience of exam is good.
Other: College organizes a one-month fest in January for sports and cultural activities, which includes a DJ concert and all. There is a tech fest in February, which is also a very good and interesting one.

Placements conducted for our batch were good, and instead of local companies, more MNCs should have been brought.

Excellent college with awesome campus life.
Placements: In our college placement percentage, nearly 70–80% of students get on-campus placement. The average package is nearly 5–6 lacs. And this year, the highest package is nearly about 9 lacs. Gateway group, IBM, CREST DATA and many more companies visit our campus every year. Most of the companies offer web developer roles.
Infrastructure: The campus of the university has very good teaching facilities. Like a full campus covered by Wi-Fi. Also, the university has a very good library, labs and classroom with a good atmosphere. The university also has gym facilities and offers spot activities for indoor and outdoor sports. Food quality in the mess is excellent, with a focus on hygiene.
Faculty: The faculty of our department is highly educated. Almost all faculty have Ph.D. degrees. and good teaching experience. Teaching techniques are very effective. Also, the course curriculum is very relevant to industry-ready students. Almost all students pass the semester exam with good grades. Some might get backlogged.

Good placement and infrastructure.
Placements: My batch has 23 students. Our class has 141 students. My course curriculum is very good here, but it also has some core branch subjects like mechanical. The placement criteria are very good here, as the college has a good tie-up with many big and great companies working worldwide.
Infrastructure: The hostel is very great, the living here is very good and I really appreciate the environment. Just except for the summer season, the other two seasons are good, as the summer is very hot here. The hostel provides Wi-Fi facilities with good internet speed. Also, the food given here is very good. Also, they have air conditioning in every room so there is no need to worry about the summer. So, the overall experience is great.
Faculty: The faculty members here are well experienced and their behavior towards the students is really appreciable. They discuss and try to solve the doubts of each and every student. Their one-on-one interactions are really appreciable. The exam pattern used here is all of a table exam or, say, a digital paperless exam. Students have to write the answers on their digital tables only, which is very comfortable.
Other: The college also gives equal opportunities in sports and cultural events. I can say that the college organizes an event named Spoural, which includes both sports and cultural events. This event is held every winter so the students fitness and health are also maintained.
