August 20, 2024: CAIIHM celebrates a landmark achievement at the 27th Emirates International Salon Culinaire 2024, securing an impressive 9 medals! Competing against 900 culinary professionals from 10 different countries, six talented students from our Chengalpattu and Bengaluru campuses demonstrated their remarkable skills. Notably, our students made history by winning India’s first-ever Gold Medal at this prestigious event.

August 20, 2024: CAIIHM, Balkampet Campus, is on an impressive winning streak, securing 21 medals across various recent culinary competitions. Students excelled at the TCA Competitions in Hyderabad and the SICA Competitions in Bengaluru, showcasing outstanding skills in categories such as Live Cooking, Plated Dessert, and Bread Art. On the international stage, Kademoni Meghana earned global recognition by winning a Silver Medal in Carving at the Battle of the Chefs in Malaysia. At the International Icon Awards 2024 in New Delhi, Dummu Sneha and Attluri Sai Kiran further enhanced the institution’s reputation by winning the Best Rising Star Chef and Best Innovative Chef awards, respectively, earning coveted spots on the Wall of Fame.
