Average college regarding the studies.

Placements: It has one of the highest placements among all the colleges in Chhattisgarh especially for CSE, IT branches, etc. Where as for the mechanical branch, there were few companies to hire. I got placed in Capgemini through this college. Among 500 students, almost 150 were placed, and most of them included the students from CSE and IT. Only 10 students of the mechanical and 4 from mechatronics.

Infrastructure: It has an excellent infrastructure as compared to any of the colleges in Chhattisgarh. The floor space is less. The way it manages all the available space is the best. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled, and all the labs and classrooms are well-equipped especially for the mechanical and mechatronics engineering. The hostel is excellent, and the canteen food is average. Overall, it's a good college.

Faculty: A few years back, all the faculty members were above par, but now most of them have resigned leaving only the average faculty members who can't support you for any higher studies. They are just okay. The HOD of every department is the good bit. The faculty members are just below par. But they are supportive. They will do their best regarding providing the solutions to your problems and are cooperative.

Other: This college is not fond of the cultural fest, so one will find a few cultural events in a year that too of low-quality. Though in case of technical events, it is awesome. It organises technical fest Lakshya which is the best technical fest of Chhattisgarh. Many participants are from all over the country.

The placements are not good for B.E. in Mechatronics Engineering students.

Placements: The placements are not very good for mechatronics engineering graduate, but after learning this, a branch of engineering can land in a good position. In most of the organisation, these particular engineers are not eligible to apply. But in common fields, one can work like a bank, defence, civil services, etc. The placement for mechatronics branch is not specific. However, one can sit in the placement of mechanical, CS, IT, etc.

Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is good. Most of the labs like fluid mechanics lab, measurements lab, metrology lab, IC engine lab, PLC lab, microprocessor lab, microcontroller lab, etc., are there with good lab instructors. The classrooms are good with projector facilities for presentation. The library is very good with a collection of good books. Separate internet labs are there with high-speed internet although the internet is available in the library as well. The canteen is good regarding the food as well as space. The hostel is very good to have all the basic amenities, and it is within walking distance from the college campus.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and qualified as well. As this branch is new, they have their stronghold on their subject of interest. But their knowledge doesn't converge to mechatronics engineering. They are good at their individual subjects. The teaching method is done mainly by blackboard and sometimes presentations. We got industry exposure in various industrial visits. The course curriculum is very effective and requires huge hard work.

Other: Lakshya is our college fest. A lot of events take place in every month.

Candidate passing 10th/12th through distance learning/open school shall be eligible for admission. Candidate passed diploma program through distance learning shall not be eligible to apply. If the candidate has passed 10+2 examination, but failed in one or more compulsory subject than the candidate shall not be considered eligible for admission. If the candidate is declared passed with grace as per the rule of related board than the candidate shall be eligible to apply. Candidate Upper age limit is 30 years for UR category , 35 years for PWD who belongs to UR category of Chattisgarh, 33 years for SC/ST/OBC and Female category of Chattisgarh, and 38 years for PWD who belongs to SC/ST/OBC and female category of Chattisgarh as on 1st of July of academic year.
