COER Roorkee offers three courses

1. B.Tech
2. M.Tech
3. Polytechnic 

So the first-year fee for B.Tech is INR 1.68 Lacs.

For M.Tech it is INR 1.26 Lacs INR for the first year

For Polytechnic it is INR 76,000  for the first year.

COER cut off for B.Tech is decided based on scores obtained in JEE Mains. 

The candidate must have passed in 10+2 and have scored of minimum of 50 % in there core subject such as physics chemistry mathematics.

So as compared for the placement haridwar university is better than COER University 

The tuition fee to pursue BTech at COER University for the first year is INR 1.15 lakh. From the second year onwards, the tuition fee to be paid is INR 1.26 lakh annually. This amounts to a total of INR 4.88 lakh for four years. Other than this, the complete fee structure includes various components such as exam fees, one-time fees, etc.

• For Computer Science and Engineering/Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning/Cyber Security/Gaming and AR/VR/CSE with specialisation in VFX/CSE with specialisation in Blockchain/CSE with specialisation in Web Development: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% (45% marks for SC/ST categories) marks with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM)
• For Civil Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering: Candidates who wish to apply must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% Marks (40% in reserved category) Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Information Science passed through CBSE/ICSE/Uttarakhand Board or equivalent any other recognised board

B.Tech at COER Roorkee you need to give the JEE MAINS exam and get at least 50 percentile in that as the closing rank is near about 5,00,000.

Thus for 50 percentile, you need 31-40 marks out of 300 and for Computer Science you need 70 percentile i.e 41-50 marks out of 300.
