College of dental sciences .

Placements: No placements will be there in Medical field. There will be internship according to RGUHS University for 1 year and stipend will be around 2 thousand per month. Internship is necessary to get good exposure for patients before private practice. Patients inflow is huge in this college .

Infrastructure: College is of 3 blocks- A, B, C. There is no campus in college classrooms,. Library is well-equipped with modern equipments, reading room, computer section. There is a separate hostel for boys and girls. In boy's hostel, the Infrastructure is not good but mess is excellent than the outside mess.

Faculty: Professors are well experienced and qualified. They are student friendly. RGUHS University is curriculum based. Every three months, there will be internal exams. Final exams will be conducted by RGUHS University in month of August and September, Pass percentage is more than 90% .

Really it is an amazing college where you can learn dentistry with good knowledge.

Placements: Our batch has a strength of 80 students, and I am not sure about the salary offered and all. Many top recruiting companies recruit students from our college. Dentistry is not a profession, which is done to get recruited in some company and to earn some money it is a course chosen by passion. Many students prefer to set up their own practice instead of getting recruited by some company.

Infrastructure: All the classrooms have very good infrastructures, and all labs, lecture halls, seminar rooms, auditorium and everything is modern and fully updated. The library is a benefit in this college as it provides you with a huge range of collection of various books to study. Hostels are good, and the food served is also fine. Sports and games are also good.

Faculty: Teachers are very talented, very student-friendly and helpful. They are highly knowledgeable and always encourage the students to participate in conferences and many presentations. Their teaching quality is very nice. The course curriculum is very nicely framed, and it is perfect as it ensures students to learn a lot and even provides free time without pressure.

Other: I chose dentistry because I have a passion for it. The best thing about our course is it is comprised of many other courses. An event called Vividas is held every year. The connectivity of our college to other places is very nice as it is located in Davanagere. The infrastructure and extracurricular activities are very good here.

Other: The college has a huge campus but not well maintained. But, yes education is very good, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. The college is located on the out skirts of the city but has nice hostel facility, mess and a nice canteen too. Since the college is more of a hospital with patients, so you can work easily and gain live experience.
