College of Vocational Studies, the University of Delhi is a state public institution located in Delhi. The institute was founded in 1972 and has not only received an 'A' grade accreditation from the NAAC but has also been recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The university is an affiliate of the University of Delhi (DU).
CVS Delhi University offers a plethora of vocational and honours programmes. The courses are offered at the UG level along with language certificates and postgraduate diploma programmes. The College of Vocational Studies campus located in the heart of the city, home to 34 faculty members, offering 1237 seats to 19 programmes in total across three departments:

Overall, the on-campus placements are good but if you are pursuing a technical course from here then it might not be good enough as the companies that come here are for vocational courses.
So, if you are from a technical background or pursuing a technical course then you need to work consistently on your skillset and grab opportunities that come your way off campus and you can also participate in Placement drive that occur in North Campus or respected DU colleges such as Deshbandhu College which organises its drive and invite students from all over DU.
The highest package that is offered at any college is not same for the students of any year as it totally depends on the skillset of the student and how much thorough knowledge the student has. If you are skillful enough you can pull an average package of 6 LPA required you are consistent with your efforts and has a strong communication and persuasion skills. There are not so many placement offers available for the IT sector the reason I think is there are lots of Vocational courses present here.

CVS Delhi offers scholarships* to the deserving and meritorious candidates belonging to the SC / ST / OBC categories under Centrally Sponsored Scheme and State-funded Scholarship Scheme. Students are required to follow the guidelines set by the University to apply for CVS Delhi scholarships.

(2) Miss Ametoj Bali Scholarship - This scholarship, established in honour of Ametoj Bali, a B.Com. (Hons.) first- and second-year examinations.
(3) Vidyasha Scholarships: Two scholarships worth Rs. 1500 each are given to students who meet the following criteria. They were established in memory of Sh. Vidya Prakash Nayar.
(i) A girl who excels in the first year of the B.A. (Vocational) programme and has passed the 10+2 exam from a public or private school.

At first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Let me elaborate about the CS faculty.
The teachers here are quite knowledgeable and will provide a good guidance for your future if you talk with them and ask them respectfully for the purpose of learning for yourself and not to check whether he knows or not.
Irrespective of the poor lab facilities here teachers does not lessen their efforts to teach the students provided the class should be interactive and all the students should participate, as it helps maintain a good environment in the class and even motivate the teachers to provide everything that they have learned till now to pass their learnings to the students. The problem with my batch is less interaction in the classes due to which the classes get boring.
The teachers are very hardworking, even the class is irresponsive but she makes sure that she has taught everything and is the only teacher who even discussed previous year papers in the classes.
Other departments teachers are also nice but I am from CS department.
