Campus placements are not offered in our department as the college is new, However, we hope that the number of placements will increase as the college gets some reputation.

Satisfied with faculty, good placement in current years, good infrastructure, etc.
Placements: Placement is kind of average. It is necessary to study well and have good knowledge of the subject in order to get placed easily. Overall, it depends completely on the individual whether he or she gets placed or not. The placement has increased compared to past years.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are quite good. Wi-Fi is available, and all necessary labs are present. The classrooms are well maintained. The hostel is available for girls from every year, but for boys, the hostel is available only for 3rd and 4th-year students. The quality of food in the canteen is quite good. Medical facilities are average, and in terms of games and sports, this college is outstanding.
Faculty: Teaching quality is excellent. The teachers are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The semester exams in this college are moderate to tough, but you can pass the exams quite easily. This course is curriculum related. The pass percentage is above 90 percent.

Faculty is good but placement and classes are below average.
Placements: Approximately 19 percent of students got placed from my course. The lowest package is 2.3 LPA, the highest is 7 LPA-8 LPA, but the average is around 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, etc. Almost 60 percent of students get into internships (online and offline) at PayPal, Agoda, CSG, Electronic Arts, etc. Top roles are software engineer, backend developer, and graphic designer.
Infrastructure: There is free Wi-Fi in the college, all labs are available and running, but some machines need to be prepared. The library is pretty good with a proper librarian and books, classrooms are well-lit, and there are both blackboards and digital screens. ( Non AC). The hostel is only for 3rd and 4th years, with proper water and food. Food quality is decent. Mess and canteen provide read, price, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian food options. Medical facilities are average. The hospital is 3km away from the campus. Sports culture is very good. Football, cricket, badminton, and volleyball are regularly practiced in the grounds.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, 80 percent of them give excellent lectures. Curriculum is pretty relevant, but some subjects like Biology and English are completely unnecessary. Semester exams are difficult, but enough study can clear them easily. The pass percentage is 40 percent.

Overall, it's a moderate experience at CGEC.
Placements: On-campus placement is not up to the mark at all. Students with high caliber are offered 3-5 LPA packages. Students need to depend a lot on themselves for a better future. Core branches are more likely to get placed than technical ones. Companies like Larsen and Toubro are seen offering jobs almost every placement session.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities for any year except the 4th year. Students from the 3rd year who are financially struggling can also get a hostel room after following the proper application procedure. Classrooms are decent according to a tier-3 government institution. Facilities available are moderately good as per the fees charged.
Faculty: Some of the professors are really helpful, but faculty is very limited in this college. Since this college is under MAKAUT, question paper levels are moderate with proper conducting. Classes are quite regular for core branches. It does educate the students well.

Overall, the college experience is good, just like in other colleges.
Placements: On average, 70-85% of students from our course get placed every year through campus recruitment drives. The highest package is around 8-12 LPA, the average package is typically 4-6 LPA, and the lowest package is around 2-4 LPA. They also provide internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: We have the required facilities available in our college, such as labs, classrooms, library, gymkhana, canteen, etc. The hostel food quality is good. There are no medical facilities available on campus, but you can avail of the hospital very nearby. Additionally, every sport is happening in our college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and highly qualified. Most of them are graduates from very reputed institutions. The course curriculum is not industry-ready. Our course provides us with all the theoretical knowledge. Almost all the students pass, so the pass percentage is nearly 100%.
Other: The best thing about the course is that I can avail both IT jobs and core department jobs. The college organizes a grand fest every year. It also provides scholarships to students in need.

Better for studying.
Placements: Almost 60% of students get placed every year, and it's mostly off-campus. The highest package is nearly 12 LPA. Many students opt for higher studies instead of placements to secure better positions and higher packages. In our branch, ECE, this is common. The average package is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Aditya Birla, among others. About 90% of students get internships, mostly in NITs and big colleges, especially in ECE.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but the college doesn't allocate funds easily. We have properly functioning labs, and the classrooms are large and clean. You won’t get a mobile signal inside the building, but Wi-Fi is available everywhere on campus with a constant speed of 30-50 Mbps. Boys don't get a hostel in the 1st and 2nd years, but girls do. The canteen is clean, less hazy, and cheaper than outside shops. Medical facilities are also good, and we are very active in sports.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, highly qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. The curriculum is relevant and up-to-date, and it makes us industry-ready. The semester exams are a bit difficult but not impossible. You have to study hard to top them, though you can pass by studying for 3 days for each subject.
Other: I was interested in electronics from my childhood, which is why I chose it. The best thing about my subject is the practical and real-life examples. No improvements are needed till now. Yes, we organize events of every type, both cultural and technical, and participation is also very high. The campus is on the bank of a river, offering a wonderful view. You can get a scholarship of up to 2 lakhs in the curriculum. Every type of extracurricular activity is also available.
