The government quota seats would be filled up by the admissions committee appointed by the Government on the basis of merit in PPMET and the management quota seats would be filled up by a selection committee, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot strictly based on merit in the PPMET. Candidate seeking admission through management quota shall also apply to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot also. 

Aspirants seeking admission to the BSc programme offered at Dayanand Medical College must appear for the Punjab Para Medical entrance test (PPMET) which is conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot followed by which, they must appear for the counselling process for the seat allotment.

Daynand Medical College and Hospital (DMCH ) offers Master of Science in Nursing (MSc) programme under Nursing course category. The duration of MSc is two years and also the exams will be divided into two years.  Below is the eligibility and admission process for MSc (Nursing) course:

• Candidate should be a registered nurse or registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council

Dayanand Medical College BSc seat intake for Nursing specialisation is 100. However, the seats will be distributed for both the Government quota and Management quota candidates. The institute follows a seat reservation policy where 50% seats each are alloted to both the government and management quota.   

The College now takes admission in MBBS on the marks of NEET UG exam. So you have to give the Neet exam first and then you have to qualify the cut off marks released by the Dayanand Medical College of NEET Exam. And if you are applying for B.Sc degree then you can get the admission by having 45% aggregate marks in 12th with recognised board [CBSE or PSEB]

STEP 1: Visit to the official website and must register for fresh admission by provide personal, guardian and educational details, upload the necessary documents and pay DMC Ludhiana BSc application fees.

STEP 2: Appear for the Punjab Para Medical entrance test (PPMET) conducted by Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

STEP 3: A merit list is then declared by the University and shortlisted candidates are required to appear for the counselling process for seat allotment.
