Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. Hons.) - Batch of 2023

Absolutely satisfied with the college placement and faculties; really good infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are good, with companies approaching here. The placement cell is supportive in placing students in various companies. Companies like Amex, Cognizant, and Wipro are involved. The placement cell offers good placement opportunities in top-notch MNCs like TCS, Amex, and Cognizant.
Infrastructure: In my opinion, the infrastructure is good. The course of study is excellent, and you will find the infrastructure here to be nice. There are good canteen facilities and teaching support available to help students. A gaming zone is also provided for students to take breaks.
Faculty: In my opinion, the course of study is good, and teachers are very cooperative in clearing students' doubts. I would recommend this college. It is affiliated with GGSIPU, so it is definitely a good choice for students. Teachers are very cooperative and follow a student-oriented approach to help students in a better way.

My experience of Delhi school of professional studies and research.
Placements: Placement in this college is not that great, as only 10% or fewer students get placed by the college itself. You might have to search for a job yourself. Companies like Paytm and Byju's visit occasionally. The college provides internships to almost every student during the course. The highest package offered is around 10 LPA, and the lowest is around 3.5 LPA. The roles offered in the placements are usually like junior data analyst.
Infrastructure: The college itself has a very small campus, as is common with every university affiliated with IPU, but the classrooms are well-kept and modern, with at least three air conditioners in every classroom. There is a canteen where you can chat with your friends, and the college also organizes its own sports day once a year. Sadly, there is no hostel facility available, so you might have to get yourself a rented place.
Faculty: Even if the campus is small, I found the faculty of this college really helpful and easy to approach. Most of the teachers are postgraduates in their respective subjects, but some of them are even PhDs. Semester exams are organized by Indraprastha University for all the affiliated colleges, and they are moderately easy. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose B.Com as a UG course because it will open up many opportunities for choice of PG courses like M.A. Economics, M.Com, etc. My college experience was pretty okay, but I wish the campus was bigger. There is an event organized by IPU every year named ANUGOONJ, in which they invite famous singers and bands, which is really fun to be a part of. The campus is in an industrial area, so there is not really a place to hang out except Adventure Island, which is near Rithala Metro Station.

My college DSPSR is good in many terms, like faculty members, facilities, and support for students.
Placements: About 70 percent of students get placed by the placement cell of the college. The Placement Cell works hard to get students placed in renowned companies. Many profiles are offered to students, such as sales, finance, management, or as interns at global companies. Previously, some students were placed in KPMG Global by the placement cell of DSPSR, and many were placed in CVENT.
Infrastructure: The hostel is not in the college. But the infrastructure of the college is good; all things are properly maintained by the college, like corridors, classrooms, washrooms, and the library. Proper hygiene and cleanliness are maintained by the college. The facilities provided by the college are up to par. There are AC classrooms, and smart boards are there. The quality of food in the canteen is good.
Faculty: The teachers at DSPSR are very helpful and encouraging. All teachers help students to do more, not only in their studies but also in their extracurricular activities. The subjects given in the semester were not so difficult. Subjects were good and definitely helped us to groom ourselves in our career path. All subjects were related to our stream, and the knowledge given by the teachers was so precise and easy to understand by the students.
Other: DSPSR does not allow donations. So the crowd was good in my batch. There was a friendly and positive environment. Fests and events were frequently organized by the college. Extracurricular activities were also held at the college. There were scholarships that could be availed of by the students in different ways, like a scholarship provided by the college, another provided for EWS, etc. So it supports many students in their career paths.

Satisfied with the good infrastructure, excellent faculty members and friendly seniors.
Placements: I am pursuing B.Com (Hons) from this college. From what I have heard about the placements, the college has good placements for the students as there is a placements cell, Rotatact Club, NSS, etc. in the college. They also organize different events for us to learn about the different courses which we can pursue in the future to make our careers more bright.
Infrastructure: All the faculty members are very polite with the students. They are very punctual and they come for their lectures on time. Infrastructure is also good with all the classrooms having air conditioners. Library has all the types of books available for the students. College also has computer labs for practicals.
Faculty: All the teachers are very intelligent as most of them have qualified their UGC NET twice or thrice. If we face any difficulties, they often help us in solving the issues. Semester exams are of medium difficulty level as they are neither too easy nor too hard. If you have studied well, you can easily crack the exams.

Our college is good in terms of faculty members and management.
Placements: The college has a good placement cell that looks after networking with companies for college students. Many companies visited this year for the summer internship program of different respective domains. Top recruiting companies are Byju's, Unacademy, and Intellipaat.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like computer laboratories, a library, classrooms, and a canteen.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. They are always available to help students. They guide students through the curriculum. Their teaching quality is good. They provide a practical and technical approach to the subject. They conduct assignments and class tests to ensure clarification of concepts. They conduct internal exams to prepare for final exams.
Other: Extra activities should be conducted in the college which helps the college name to be broadcasted widely by inviting participation in other activities. There should be some improvement in sitting arrangements and comfortable seats.

I am absolutely satisfied with the college.
Placements: The placement cell of our college is average. Companies come and place the students majorly in HR, finance, and sales. Salary packages range from 3 LPA to 10 LPA - 11 LPA. It depends on the person seeking job. The college is average for placements.
Infrastructure: Our campus is small. All necessary activities take place but the building is too small. Classrooms and labs are big with good Wi-Fi facilities. The canteen and medications are also good. Sports events take place on a regular basis.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are awesome. They teach very well and are extremely cooperative. Almost 90% of students pass the exam and there is also a mandatory rule to maintain attendance. Teachers make students industry-ready due to their high qualifications.

We are satisfied with good mentors.
Placements: In our college, we were somewhat dissatisfied because around 30–40% of students placed, but about 50% of students got an internship, which was a great opportunity for students. I have heard from our seniors that placements are average here. But I suggest that students should not join jobs just after UG and should be at least qualified enough.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of our college is not that good. Canteen area is not that good and air-conditioners not properly working. Infrastructure of this college is average. It has a proper sanitation facility. College's library is not so big, but it has a good book bank available for students. A small medical room is also available in college.
Faculty: The one thing I like the most are teachers. They are so helpful, knowledgeable. The semester exams are moderate. Percentage of passing is around 33%. Our college provides qualified faculty members and they are good mentors. Teaching techniques are good.

It has good faculty and placements. Infrastructure was not good and there are no facilities.
Placements: In our college, around 40-50% of students were placed in B.Com (Hons). 5 LPA to 6 LPA is the highest salary package. Almost everyone got an internship opportunity through the college. Placement cell is good because they provide internships to every student in human resources, marketing, sales, etc
Infrastructure: Our college has no Wi-Fi available available or students. Labs and classrooms are good. There is no hostel facility available . Food is good but not that varied. Sports and games are not available, but the college organises a sports day once a year and that was really fun. Students participate in different activities like cricket, badminton, chess, volleyball, etc.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They teach really well. Most of the teachers had done Ph.D. Semester exams are not that difficult. They provide you with notes and tell you about important topics. Almost every student passed the exams around 75% of attendance is mandatory.
